TMT Legal Services LLP  Recensioni

I cannot thank Catherine and the team at TMT enough for all of their hard work in making our sale and purchase as stress free as possible. Buying a new build on a part exchange meant we were under pressure to get everything done in a 4 week timescale which the team achieved with ease. Communication was super efficient and always responded to my queries the very same day which helped the speed of the process. I’m so pleased I decided to choose TMT to act on my behalf and would highly recommend to anyone going through the same. Thank you

Natasha worked hard to get our house sale and purchase to complete on the same day after some usual glitches in house buying process. Staff always welcoming in Hythe office which was reassuring.

My sale and purchase transactions had some challenges but TMT, with their professionalism and experience, achieved completion on both sale and purchase. I am now happily living in my new home. I sincerely thank the whole team who were involved.

Best solicitors we have ever found for house conveyancing. Professional, quick to respond, accurate information, sound advice when needed and very pleasant to deal with on a one to one basis. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use again.

Efficient, excellent service, highly recommend Catherine Palmer.

Had an amazing experience with Rosie and Charlotte. Communication was brilliant and I was always kept up to date. They made the whole process seamless and explained everything clearly from start to finish. What felt like a daunting process was made incredibly easy, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Thanks so much

Catherine Palmer was very helpful and explained the process throughout. Would recommend to others.

The last six weeks—from registration through to exchanging contracts—have been nothing short of amazing.
Catherine and the team at TMT Legal truly made everything easier for us. The entire team has been extremely professional and friendly, and they were always patient in answering even the most random questions I had.
THANK YOU

Janine Raine-Cooper was outstanding from start to finish. She has dealt with two difference conveyancing matters for me and her service, timekeeping, communication and knowledge has been nothing short of world class.
I will definitely be recommending and would absolutely use TMT again.

TMT were very easy to work with made the process smooth with very little stress , communication and information was great always happy to help or answer any questions, Charlotte Harvey was our main contact and would highly recommend her and TMT services.

Very happy customers no complaints

TMT have been excellent. All communication has been very quick and explained in an easy way. Having had to deal with multiple companies in our moving process, TMT have been the best to deal with. Catherine in particular has always dealt with us very professionally, even if we could sometimes be exasperated by some of the roadblocks (not from TMT, from mortgage broker). She has always sorted problems quickly, responding to emails very quickly and calling us if it is easier to get information across. We even found out from TMT we had been accepted for our mortgage, before our mortgage brokers even knew!
Would highly recommend their service.

My daughter and I have just exchanged on our new house in Cornwall - to date I cannot fault TMT services - they are totally professional, helpful and nothing is too much trouble if you have any queries. We await completion and if that goes as smoothly as the exchange my next review will rate 5 stars.
Would definitely recommend 👍🏻.

Fantastic experiance using TMT Legal servies to purchase a new build property. They have been extremly helpful and prompt with all the required documents, and completed to my desired date. Could not have asked for a better experiance. Highly recommend Charlotte Harvey and the team.

I have recently used TMT Legal for the purchase of my new property in Horsham. Kevin was referred to me by my sister after a successful conveyance on her new house. Without doubt Kevin and his team are unlike any other solicitors I’ve used before, providing an exceptional client experience from start to finish. TMT kept me updated without having to chase them and the house sale went through within 6 weeks!!

If you want a smooth property sale experience with no stress and drama, I highly recommend using TMT/ Kevin.

Alan Knight at TMT was my conveyancer. Despite a tricky chain, Alan was consistently there as a professional, friendly and knowledgeable advisor, very efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Callum was an outstanding solicitor throughout our moving process, we had a challenging chain and yet we always felt informed and that Callum was aligned and supportive at all times. His communication was clear and timely - never once did we have the issues where we were waiting weeks on end for a response like some solicitors are known for. We will certainly be looking to use TMT legal services again and recommending to friends and family.

I purchased my first home with TMT, and I was truly impressed by their professionalism, quality, and reliability. Now, as I sell that property and purchase a new one, they are once again by my side. Janine has been incredibly helpful — she was absolutely amazing. Many thanks once again!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to TMT Legal Service for their excellent assistance with the purchase of our new home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency made the process seamless. A special thank you to Apriya for her kindness, attentiveness, and prompt work — she truly made the experience exceptional.

So slow. Don’t respond always on holiday. Also very expensive compared with local alternatives. Honestly would avoid especially as first time buyer. Tlmy two grown up kids using them for conveyancing. Weeks without response. For a simple sale had taken six months with no explanation.
