What excellent service!!!
I had five very old outdated lifetime tags. All I did was to ask for re-access to my online account and they spotted this, and sent me five new tag making them lifetime free of charge. Excellent comms. A good honest company. Very impressed.

Fantastic customer service
I sent an email asking for assistance as I had misplaced one of my luggage tags. Sophie quickly replied with lots of advice and information kindly helping me through the process. Sophie is friendly, approachable, thorough, professional and I received fantastic customer service. Thank you. again.

Responsive and speedy delivery
Responsive and speedy delivery. Cannot judge efficiency of tags in identifying lost bags as fortunately no bags have been lost so far. Hopefully not tempting fate by saying this before flights next week!

Bought some tags a while ago had a problem with registration emailed the company who issued new life time tags so all resolved and Happy
