I have been a customer at TL Wigs for about 9 months and I have to say that Traci Laird is one of the most generous people I have come across in 72 years. I have purchased so many wigs from her that I have lost count. Her customer service is excellent. It is such a shameful disgrace that there are scammers out there that have stolen her name minus the (s) on wigs to scam unsuspecting customers. Please spread the word to make sure people are purchasing from the TL WIGS website.

TL Wigs is a wonderful company that I was very fortunate to discover when I unexpectedly lost 85% of my hair in a matter of weeks. It was just devastating for me but with the support of this company and their amazing customer service (and gorgeous wigs!!) I have found a reason to smile again. I've been a wig wearer for years. I've ordered from several different online retailers over that time, but for the past year, my favorite online wig retailer is TL Wigs. I've ordered 5-6 times from this company in the last year. Their website is easy to navigate. They are ALWAYS responsive to emails and messages. If a product is not available, they send an email right away so that you can decide whether to cancel or not. I nearly always receive my order within 5 days of placing it. Their return policy is quite reasonable. The owner, Traci, is transparent and always engaged in helping customers with their questions. I highly recommend them!
