You are a bunch of crooks.i ordered foundation 3/11/31.It has never arrived.I will tell my bank to take steps to get my money back.

I placed an order for a TLM Foundation on 4/3/21 through another company and received it in a month. Placed my original order in 12/2020 and still nothing till today. Barely any notifications. Suggest anyone to go through a different company.

Do not buy from the tlm website. Never received order and have sent several emails with no response.

I have ordered my foundation in January 2021, its now March and I did NOT receive it. No answer to any correspondence. It cost me £23. How are we supposed to get the money back? This company should be banned.

I placed an order over two months ago and have still not received the product. Have sent numerous emails with no response, apart from one which just said it had been dispatched and offering a $5 discount on my next order! I’d like to receive this one first. Don’t waste your time and money - £12 down the drain😡

Order placed 12 Jan 21 and have not received any of the items. Emailed and no response. requested refund and no response. Not sure what is going on but it looks bad.

I found out AFTER I ordered from them that they are in Poland!! I tried to contact them to cancel my order and got no response until AFTER it shipped, and now am being told that they don't do refunds once the item ships. Whoever is running this company is deliberately waiting to respond until it is too late. When I first ordered it, the information given for contact was just a Facebook site. I ended up sending 7-10 emails, got replies in foreign language that couldn't be translated to English, and then suddenly got multiple responses finally AFTER the item shipped to say they won't do refunds if the item has shipped!! DIRTY DEAL!!! I sent the emails to cancel, it's their fault they didn't read them until my order shipped!! I would love to leave ZERO STARS but I have to give one to leave the review.

I'd give No stars if I could. I ordered January 13th, 21 and still nothing. No response to my many many emails, nothing. Don't do it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! $26 and some GONE! This "company" is HORRIBLE AT BUISNESS AND DOING AS THEY SAY SHIPPING WITHING 6 DAYS FOR FREE COMPLETE BS.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my product. I have sent 3 or 4 e-mails with no response. Why won't they respond? Very frustrating!

I placed an order on November 26, 2020. It is now January 27, 2021 and have not received my order. I emailed the company with my order number because the link to order tracking is not AT ALL a legitimate tracking link. It only takes you to a page of the TLM website say it has been tracked. I have not gotten an email response. It sounds like this company needs a class action lawsuit against them with a 92% disapproval rating especially since it sounds like they are scamming most of the people who are being charged for no delivered products.

Placed an order in July 2020 which I did not received. Emailed the company multiple times and in November 2020 received a reply stating that it was lost during shipment and said a new order was being shipped. Once again, no order was received and after numerous more emails I have not received a reply or a refund as requested. Did not want to give a bad review but not sure how else to get their attention. Plus, do not want others to waste their money. Very disappointed!!

Love my print. It’s perfect it arrived exactly to the dates it said it would and came really well wrapped and was well protected. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

I wish i could give 0 stars!!! i had the same problem!!! They did not answer any of my emails no update on my order and this was a gift for my sister!! this is very unprofessional and very disappointing!! DO NOT BUY its a SCAM!!!

As all the rest here, I was charged for this and never received the product, the money back or any replies to my emails! How can they still be operating??? very annoyed! This was a Christmas present for my daughter

I’d like to give this company no stars, like a lot of other reviews they took my money on the 31/07/2020 and I haven’t heard anything from them and I’ve emailed and messaged. Very annoyed as we run a small beauty course and was hoping this product would be perfect for future courses but nope, so over scammers!

Same issues as most reviewers on here, money taken in July, no correspondence whatsoever and still no sign of any foundation....disgusting way to run a business!!

Ordered 27 July 2020 and product hasn’t even been shipped let alone received!! Website boasts dispatch within 24 hours (false) and delivery within 7-10 days (false). Comms are diabolical. Absolute joke of a company! I’ve now got the hassle of trying to get my money back through my bank... AVOID!!!

Scam, money taken and product not received!

I was totally taken in and feel very gutted that TLM Cosmetics have SCAMED me. Ordered my colour changing foundation received my order number and shipping information but nothing has arrived and all of my emails and contact attempts have been ignored 😒 please don't be fooled like I was.

I can't believe I didn't read these reviews before purchasing. I have had the same problems as everyone else when it comes to not receiving the order yet had the money taken out. Why have they not been stopped by Trading Standards. This is a joke! Two months I've been waiting and 1 email response despite the many I've sent, to say it was stuck in purchasing. I will take this further !!
