Poor Customer Support and Horrible Exchange process
I sent two items back for a size exchange, and according to the tracking, they arrived at your warehouse on Monday the 8th.
It has now been 10 days, and I still have not received any update, the return status has not changed, and the replacement items have not been shipped.
I have tried calling several times, but the calls go straight to voicemail. Since there does not seem to be another clear way to contact your customer support team, I’m reaching out here.
Please provide an update on my exchange and confirm when the replacement items will be shipped.
As a customer, this has been a very frustrating experience. For a brand charging full prices comparable to well-known premium brands, the customer support experience should be much better, including a reliable way to speak with someone or receive a timely response.
In the meantime, I keep waiting.....
