Des enregistrements essentiels ont disparu de mon compte tl;dv — des appels commerciaux parmi les plus importants de ma carrière. Une fois supprimés, aucune récupération n'est possible, même si le fichier n'avait pas été téléchargé sur l'app mobile : il n'existe alors aucune sauvegarde côté serveur. Perdre ce genre de données sans avertissement ni filet de sécurité est inacceptable pour un outil censé archiver des échanges professionnels critiques.

Le support n'a pas aidé non plus. Le premier contact se fait via "Fin", un agent IA qui a mis plusieurs minutes à comprendre ma demande et qui a répété la même phrase en boucle avant de proposer un transfert vers un humain. Même après avoir explicitement demandé un agent humain, la prise en charge reste lente

Pour un produit qui gère des données aussi sensibles que des enregistrements d'appels de vente, l'absence de sauvegarde fiable et la lenteur du support humain sont deux problèmes majeurs. Je recommande vivement de vérifier régulièrement vos paramètres de stockage et de télécharger systématiquement vos enregistrements en local avant qu'ils ne soient supprimés côté serveur.

Total lack of communication over a simple email change
Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave this review because the communication from this company is absolutely non-existent. For more than a month now, they have been completely ignoring my messages and disregarding me as a paying customer.

All I wanted was to change my login email address—a simple request that should take a few minutes. Instead, I’ve been met with total silence. I am incredibly disappointed by their approach and how little they care about their clients.

I'm a paying tl;dv customer on an annual plan, $216 per seat for two seats ($432/year paid upfront), and I've been completely locked out of all my recordings for nearly two weeks over what should be a trivial fix.
On May 19 I asked them to migrate my account email from one Google address to another (my company domain changed) and enable Google Sign-In for the new address. Same provider, straightforward request. I confirmed every detail they asked for on May 21.
Since then: one reply on May 22 saying an engineer was needed and they'd keep me posted. After that, nothing. I followed up multiple times (May 20, May 26, and again later). No completion date, no interim access to my own recordings, no named person accountable for resolving it.
So as a customer who paid annually, upfront, for two seats, I've been unable to access work-critical recordings I already paid for, with no ETA and no real communication. For a product whose entire value is storing and retrieving your meeting recordings, being locked out of them this long with this little urgency from support is unacceptable.
If you're considering tl;dv, understand that even on a paid annual plan, a simple account change can leave you stranded from your own data for weeks.

We cannot acces to the note that as been taken, wehave been trying everything with no succes.

Since a domain migration in mid-February 2026, we have been completely locked out of our paid account. Despite proactive communication starting February 12th, the support team has failed to provide any resolution or update for over three weeks. To make matters worse, billing continues—including a charge on March 13th—even though a formal cancellation was submitted on March 5th. Our legal request for a GDPR-compliant data export of critical business recordings has also been ignored. We cannot recommend this service due to the total lack of support and ongoing unauthorized charges.

Terrible experience setting up the account - Something went wrong.

They claim to have a free subscription, but wont let you use the software unless you "claim your free 7-days trial" to their business plan. I don't want it... Waste of time.

Invasive permissions and Buggy software

Really bad experience all round, The note quality is poor, the free version is terrible and mis-represented to get you it sign up . Google is far superior It activates on calls that are not mine - couldn't deactivate easily. Really hard to remove. Once again today it told me my notes were ready and when I went to them there was a message saying "our team is working hard to resolve technical problems"...seems like this happens every time I try to get my notes.

I like the service but I continually have problems logging in. They try to force you to login with a company email but I don't have a google login for that and the microsoft email doesn't work. So then I can't login.
