Efficient beginning to end, certainly a justified Which Best Buy
Being a Which Best Buy has been justified by our experience, from Jack who came to survey and give us a price, to most capable Ellie in the office who with Jack organised things, and finally Rick who arrived on time and installed the stair lift quickly, cleanly and very efficiently.
Very impressed by the whole procedure.
Oh, and a good price too!

The lad who installed the stairlift was Connor he was a nice polite lad, in uniform so knew where he was from,respected our property just got on and done the job. Explained how to use the lift with me on it and everything about it. Left everywhere tidy on finishing.

Je ne regrette pas mon choix avec ce fabricant. Le monte personne est de grande qualité et s’adapte parfaitement à mon escalier très étroit en colimaçon, ce qui n’est pas une mince affaire. Stair lift purchase
The 2 installer engineers arrived a little later than advised but did an efficient job. The product looks very good and we are pleased with the installation. After completion gave a clear run through of the operating and safety instructions.

My mother needed a stairlift…
My mother needed a stairlift installing, and this was done by two very friendly and helpful guys, Connor and Adam. They explained everything to me after they had completed the work, and were very polite. They worked as a team without a break until the installation was complete and I was very impressed with the calm and efficient way they went about it. Good men - and an excellent job. Many thanks.

Good service with a great product
A few weeks after we had placed our order and David had been to make his survey, we had the call to make the final arrangement. Chris fitted our stairlift in a full morning, with no mess at all. Both of the staff we met were patient with us and made sure we understood what to expect. The installation fits well into our house and the lift runs reasonably quietly. Now we can feel like Mary Poppins as we soar over the stairs!

Life made easier using a stairlift
From making first contact everything just went as according to plan.Dion called within a few days and checked out our stairs and said that they could install the stairlift without any problems.Dion explained everything and how much it would cost and also the initial deposit.Once the deposit was made Dion came back within a few days and installed the stairlift within a few hours,he explained how to use the stairlift which was very easy to understand and straightforward. We are very pleased with the stairlift and T K home solutions,couldn’t have been any easier.Well done and thank you very much.
