Potential scammers
I waited 1 week after my confirmed purchase without any notice if delivery, had to reach out to them via email.
Got an email requesting additional ID or thatvthey could proceed eoth refunding me, when I mentioned I was not comfortable with providing additional ID to an unknown entity via email and I wanted a refund, no further communication was provided.
I am still without my refund, fortunately I paid wit. Credit card so getting my refund shouldn't be very difficult, but I would avoid this company in the future, very shady!

As we said our card processing system flagged your purchase as a potentially fraudulent transaction due to many factors in the purchase flagging on there system. We are required by them to carry out checks to make sure the sale is genuine & help protect all customers.
We are sorry this made you feel like a 'scam' but banks take online security very strongly now & we have to comply.

Hi Melissa, Firstly thanks for your order. We do have gift bags which we happily provide on request, we did a survey a long time ago now & most people said they was throwing the gift bag ( & other packaging ) away as it was not required. So we now only send gift bags when a note is added to the order / at checkout requesting one.

Took my sweetie bracelet to be re-strung as links of london have ceased. While i was there i bought one of the initail rings. Lovely friendly Liam lokked after us. Would recommend this shop highly.
