Very professional and exceptional service. Answering a multitude of questions and directing me to the services I needed and our account manager is brilliant and highly recommended.
My full family’s Mobile numbers were ported to TISA.One and all teething issues were resolved or attempted with immediate effect. We say Fast, efficient and not costing a fortune. Literally, who needs a landline anymore? Unlimited minutes, Data services, International Roaming services and 5G coverage.
The adult content filtering service on my kids’ phones of different age groups (Strict parental control and Moderate control) is remarkable.
Chat support with Human interaction is an absolute bliss (if you know how it is dealing with Bots 😊 ). In my opinion their great customer service makes it worth the slightly higher rates.
Always makes you feel like a valued customer and has won our 100% brand loyalty.

Fantastic and reliable voip service
I have been using the voip service since it first started and never seen a reason to change. Uptime must have been 99.999% as I can hardly remember any times the service was not available.
I think I've been through 2 or 3 changes to configuration and upgrades have been handled smoothly with no fuss.
Probably the most reliable telecom service I have ever used.

started using then from the old calling card (TalkEasyNow) days to call India and Dubai. We moved our office phone service over to them in 2018. Recently subscribed to their new business SIMs which were a lifesaver during covid times when we had to work from home. Great support and great service.
