The thing is it's just treats they don't do nothing at all but that wasn't the big problem! The problem is I made one time purchase and surprise one month later I got charged again saying I had made a subscription which I hadn't! After contacting them they said once the subscription is been made and the product sent they're not able to refund and I'm not even at the same country I made the order from the first place! So they're treats will go back and I have lost 36 euros! Nice legal way to scam people with well hidden subscriptions! Good job!
Blocking this merchant from everything and leaving this bad review cause it's just overall bad....you played with my dogs health and my money....

there is no difference at all, to the matter of my dog allergy.

Veel geld betalen voor niets. Fokkers reageren zelfs niet. Waardeloos!

Website trekt op niks, kost veel geld om in contact te kunnen komen met eigenaars van nestjes. Klantendienst reageert steeds belachelijk. Niet in trappen en al zeker niet betalen!

6 weeks of waiting for a product, 3 weeks spent proving them that their policies were not in line with EU consumer acts, only for them to say the resent the product which has still not been delivered. When I asked as a gesture of goodwill if they would pay for a more solid courier service they said no I could if I wanted to.
Terrible company, who just want your money.

Faites attention à ce site : si vous commandez un produit, un abonnement est automatiquement activé. Ils prélèvent ensuite 35 € tous les deux mois et vous envoient un produit que vous n’avez pas demandé.
De plus, ce produit n’a pas convenu à mon chien : elle a vomi sans arrêt après avoir pris ce probiotique.

We hebben een fantastische, lieve, sociale mechelse herder pup gekocht bij Delphine Pauwels uit België.
Vanaf het eerste contact voelde het al vertrouwd en kregen gelijk leuke foto's en filmpjes toegestuurd.
Ook daarna kregen we goede tips. Ik zou de volgende keer weer een pup bij haar kopen

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order for €91.80 on 3/11/25. This prefer hasn’t been delivered. I have contacted Tipaw several times and the company founder, Igor, keeps replying that he will investigate with the warehouse, the shipping agent and whoever else.
I have requested a refund a couple of times only to be by Igor that he will investigate and get back to me. He hasn’t.
My last email was yesterday as Tipaw can’t use the holiday as an excuse. Still no reply. 10 weeks now and no goods and no refund!

Je moet eerst al geld storten om in contact te komen met een fokker...dan krijg je de reactie van" je bent niet geselecteerd" ...?? Ik heb ondertussen al bij een fokker een hond gevonden ! En reclame / mails krijg je er gratis bij !

Ik was geïnteresseerd in een nieuwe pup Australische Herder. Het nestje werd nog verwacht. Om met de eigenaar/verkoper in contact te komen, moest ik me dus verplicht inschrijven en betalen. Echter ik ontving geen enkele respons: noch op GSM van de verkoper, noch op de berichten via Tipaw-site. Ik heb mijn bedenkingen over de screening van de verkopers en de ethiek die Tipaw volgt: Betalen zonder follow-up ... vreemd toch ?

Habe heute Tipwa angeschrieben zwecks einem Welpen der soll fliegen und ich soll ihn vom Flugplatz abholen ! Geld zur Hälfte anzahlen und den Rest dann wenn ich bei Abholung bestätige , dass der Hund gesund ist ! Das ist doch nicht normal oder ?
