Technical support is weak
Technical support is weak and frustrating, particularly around the 30 year old call forwarding *72/*73 commands and the inability for Ting Mobile to solve the problem.
Price/value is good but not so good that will stop me from switching to Consumer Cellular. Connectivity/speed has been fine, leveraging excess bandwidth from VZW and T-Mobile.
Also, they sold my personal data to Boost Mobile without my permission despite the impending collapse and takeover.
