Shipping was fast, hair quality is high!! No complaints here

Awesome service. Shipping was quick as the hair arrived in less than a week. The wig was ready to wear and it was soft, no smell, and the curls were beautiful. I dyed the wig black and it is still soft.

Love love, love the hair only person I ever ordered from it last a very long time and it’s very good quality.

Follow up from the previous review I gave to this hair company. We all work hard and save to be able to buy a nice quality wig/hair.

My experience was horrible.

When I requested an address to return the wigs they took me around and around. In order for me to get a return address I had to remove the negative review I gave them but I didn’t.

Read this text from them. I had to copy and paste because it wouldn’t let me add a photo this is what they said” Could you pls help us to remove the review?
Then I can apply to creat a return label to you. You don’t need to pay the return fee. I can refund full order money to you at once after we receive the return hair” than I replied back and said “ No, I will not be removing the review. Paying customers needs to know the truth.

I have the return address already it was sent to my email address last night “

So basically if you give them a negative review they don’t care if you are happy or not with their product.

Please be carefully when buying products from these companies. I just shared proof on how they operate.

I was panicking that maybe I will not receive my order on time For Saturday lol they made it a priority shipping and communication was great love my hair and it's my 3rd purchase I received my order within 4 working days all the way from England 😝😝guess what still have 3 days to Saturday 😂

Shipment didn’t take long I like that the lace is HD customized I did have to soak in apple cider vinegar to get the smell out but other then that hair was full 250 density soft no shedding hair soft holds curl and heat would definitely order again

The quality of the hair was so good. Slept hours on a flight and needed no touch up. It was so easy and it was exactly as I had hoped. The delivery was late and a bit confusing but they communicated with me about it right until I got it which I appreciated.
