Until I experience more of the company's services, all I can say is that Joy, my contact person, worked hard to help me understand my decision about listing my property.

I do not yet know if I will get a buyer, how timely and transparent the payment will be, and whether or not I am getting good value for the price I paid. A four-star review is aspirational, so far...

I wish I were confident that I would have a sale of my Timeshare with Timeshare Only, but I don't think it will ever happen. I appreciate the person who helps me, but I just don't see a sale happening. I do not intend to put anymore money into this. Due to health issues I'm afraid we are going to lose everything that we invested into buying this Timeshare. I hate the Timeshare process and feel that many people lose so much on these places. I don't know of anyone who can really help us sell a Timeshare.

Every conversation with you people is a sales pitch. I am trying to sell my timeshare but nothing ever happens!!!!!!

Our rep, Vivian, was extremely customer focused. She helped walk us through the set up for our time share rental all the way through and posting. She was extremely nice and wonderful to talk with. I would recommend her as your rep should you decide to rent your property!
