We had a very tight deadline on receiving the dresses; items were delivered to the US within one week, they were perfect. We will definitely be shopping with them again!

Just brought a lovely dress from this company. Had never heard of them before, but I am wearing my dress now and I LOVE IT!! The quality is fantastic. It fits me like a glove and I have had so many compliments. Will definitely be buying more outfits.

I’d had my eye on a full circle skirt and matching fifties-style jacket from this company for a while and I’m so pleased I ordered them last week. The quality is great (the cut and fall of the fabric in the skirt is particularly noticeably high quality) and they feel like true vintage only with more sizing options and, better still, with pockets! I wore the skirt and jacket to work on Monday and felt great, and four different colleagues and a woman on the train all complimented me on my outfit! Quick delivery, too.

I adore my Timeless dresses, they are my favourites. The swing dress moves beautifully when Im dancing. They are so femine, fit really well, quality material. People mention how nice they are all the time. The customer service is excellent. I am so happy I found this company.

Was hesitant to place an order as had not heard of the brand before but I am so glad I did! Wore my new dress to a garden party last week and got sooo many compliments. The fit on the dress was 10/10 for my body and for the fact that it was under 100, I think it was an absolute bargain. Really pleased with my new cute outfit, and look forward to buying again from timeless!

This is a scam company! I ordered something from them two months ago and when it hadn’t shipped after weeks, I emailed them only to find out that they did not have the item I ordered. Instead of canceling the order and giving my money back, the guy offered me 10 percent off another purchase. They LITERALLY stole almost $100 from me and then invited me to hand them more of my money! I have stopped receiving responses to my emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU LIKE RECEIVING THE ITEMS YOU PAID FOR.

I'll never be able to thank this company enough for going above and beyond for me. My experience was last year but I've only just worked up the courage to finally thank them publicly. I noticed on their website that they didn't offer Next Day Delivery but they were the only website I could afford that sold a beautiful black dress. Sadly, my Uncle passed away suddenly and so, I had no time to find an outfit for his funeral. I contacted the team on Live Chat where they promised to ship my dress out Next Day, which they did. The first dress I bought was too small so I sent it back and they sent the next size up free of charge as a replacement, also on Next Day. It's an absolutely beautiful dress! After the Customer Service I was shown by this amazing team, I'll definitely be shopping here again. Hopefully next time, for a less tragic event and reason.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are completely fraudulent. For my first (and ONLY) order with Timeless London I purchased a dress & when it arrived I saw that it was completely misrepresented on their site, both in the description & in the photos. First, the sizing chart was way off - based on the information in the sizing chart & my own measurements I ordered a Medium but when the dress arrived I was SWIMMING in it...it's huge. Also, both the photos of the back of the dress & the description don't accurately depict that the dress is completely open at the top & has to be tied shut. However, because of the design of the dress & the fact that it's so large there is no way to tie or close the dress so that the entire back of your bra doesn't show while you're wearing it. I don't know who likes wearing a dress like that, but it isn't me.

I tried reaching out to them first via the 'Contact Us' page on their website - I entered all my info & the reason for contacting them…however, there is no "send" button on the page, so therefore there is NO way of actually contacting them on their own website. Shady. I then found an email address for them (sales@__) & sent them several emails regarding the issues. All were ignored. I finally got them to respond to me only after I both publicly & privately called them out on several of their Facebook & Instagram posts & through Messenger & IG DMs. Shady. They stated that they never got my emails (lies). When I asked what their company email address actually is if they’re not getting my emails I was told that it's hello@___. Another lie, as all of the order confirmation, shipping confirmation & promotional emails that I got were all from the sales@ address. Even if the wrong department was getting my emails, SOMEONE was getting them.

I said that I wanted to return the dress for a refund & asked for a prepaid shipping label to be sent to me since I didn't feel like I should have to pay out of my own pocket to ship this dress back to them (a dress that I never would've ordered in the first place, let alone paid $17 to ship to me from the UK had their description or photos been accurate). They said that they would not provide a shipping label & that the best they could do was to offer me a coupon to use on my next purchase. I actually LOL’d when I read that because there is NO WAY that I would ever buy anything from this company again since they misrepresent their products, lie to & ignore their customers & basically treat them like trash. I have screenshots of all of this, by the way. And proof that my messages were being "seen" yet still ignored. Very unprofessional.

I finally had to just contact my credit card company & open a dispute in order to get my refund….completely ridiculous, but this is how they treat their customers.

I don't usually leave reviews because I don't really have the time but I definitely felt like I should make an exception for this company. Having to take time out of my day every day to attempt to get them to respond or to chase them down for answers & actions has been the absolute worst part. A customer shouldn’t have to work this hard just to get a simple response from a company. I own my own business & sell & ship online every day & there is NO WAY that I would be caught dead treating any customer this way. I wouldn’t have any left! Timeless London has only been around since 2017 & changed their name from Sheen Clothing in 2020, probably because they got too many bad reviews. Based on what I’m seeing on Facebook & Trustpilot it looks like they’re on their way to another name change…I only wish that I had thought to look them up BEFORE I placed an order, but I know now & it’s a good reminder for future first-time orders with new companies.
