I’ve had a great experience working with Keira Devon Ford in her role as Credit Controller within Invoice Finance at Time Finance. She is consistently professional, responsive, highly efficient, and always client-focused in managing accounts and resolving queries.

Recently, we have had a very difficult period through no fault of our own and I cannot begin to say how much three amazing ladies at Time have helped us get through it. The process was handled professionally and efficiently, with clear communication throughout and a real understanding of what we needed as a business. Everything was well organised, expectations were managed properly, and the whole journey felt smooth even during what was a fairly complex period for us.

I can't recommend Time Finance highly enough for their invoice finance solutions. We initially signed up for a 12-month agreement with them, and requested a CHOCS (Client Handles Own Collections) facility to better suit our needs, allowing us to maintain direct control over our credit collections while benefiting from their funding support.

As our turnover continues to increase, having a reliable finance partner we can trust is absolutely vital From my personal experience, they are head and shoulders above the main high street lenders. To illustrate the difference: we once had a dedicated relationship manager at a major high street bank after 10 years of loyalty, only to be told that because our turnover was under £5 million, all future queries would be handled by a call centre team in Scotland – whoever picked up the phone that day would try to assist!
Time Finance is the complete opposite – relationship-focused, supportive, and reliable.
