Poor Quality and Overpriced Product
Delivery excellent however retail box was dirty and scratched ( looked like it had been dragged around a warehouse floor). The pig itself - the printed Disney design was faded, stretched and looked nothing like the bright web images. The glazing was cracked in several places and the nose wasn’t painted properly and looked unfinished. The underside was covered in dirt marks on the rubber stopper.
Never been so disappointed to receive something. Wasn’t worth half of the £30 plus I paid for it.
Returned for a refund and won’t be coming back I’m afraid.

Amazing service by Kat. She was fast with her responses and organised a replacement Piggy (I had purchased the insurance) the same day.
The piggies are adorable. My kids love them!

Im Februar bestellt und nie angekommen
Im Februar bestellt und nie angekommen. Anfang April sollte ein Ersatzschwein geschickt werden. Auch das ist nicht angekommen und der Tracking Code unbekannt. Glücklicherweise habe ich über PayPal gezahlt und das Geld erstattet bekommen.

Pigs Don't Fly
3 attempts to deliver a Tilly Pig to Ireland over a period of 2 + months. Not once did I receive any tracking information. Numerous emails sent back and forth, WhatsApp messages, and even managed to get them to call me to discuss next steps (they have no contact number to call) but unfortunately broken promises...
Each time Royal Mail were blamed... 3rd attempt was DHL still no tracking info sent to me, still no product arrived. Over this period, I had made other purchases online and received goods via Royal Mail so I don't believe they were to blame.
Luckily paid via PayPal, raised a complaint and they refunded me (Tilly Pig kept asking me to cancel my complaint with PayPal, I'm so glad I didn't)
I would avoid using this company if you want the product as a present quickly, save your money (excuse the pun) and time.
All in all, terrible experience and very unprofessional company.

Hätte ich die Negativ-Erfahrung hier vorher mal gelesen😖
Warte seit 1 1/2 Monaten auf meine Lieferung, natürlich bezahlt. Werde ständig damit vertröstet, dass die Ware angeblich auf dem Weg ist. Bei meiner letzten Mail habe ich um Rückerstattung gebeten - natürlich keine Reaktion drauf, nur weiteres Vertrösten🤬
Sollte ich vom Zoll kontaktiert werden, werde ich die Annahme verweigern.
Leider 35€ in den Sand gesetzt🤯

Absolute Betrugsseite
Absolute Betrugsseite! Wir haben ein Disney-Sparschwein dort bestellt. Nach über einem Monat Wartezeit bekamen wir Post vom Zoll. Beim Zoll angekommen, haben wir die dringliche Empfehlung bekommen, das Paket nicht zu öffnen, sondern sofort zu retounieren, da wir sonst mit erheblichen rechtlichen Konsequenzen rechnen müssten. Das Paket kam aus China und das Unternehmen hat keine Lizenz von Disney, um entsprechende Ware zu vertreiben. Finger weg!!!!

Can’t fault the company the pig itself is so well made and made the perfect gift to go along side my daughters Disney on ice tickets for her birthday. Will be buying another soon for my friends son for Christmas. It’s lovely how they’re limited edition too.

Beautiful product, first class service.
Beautiful product! I first saw this as an Instagram advert and am usually sceptical but fell in love with the Disney pigs (my adult daughter is a collector of all things Disney) Delivery took a couple of days longer due to Christmas and the postal strikes but i was able to track the parcel along the way. Securely packed and is as beautiful as the advert!
