I ordered the Monogram Market Tote natural jute with white lettering and after firstly not receiving the bag (it said it had been delivered on the ‘Shop’ tracking app but it hadn’t) I contacted the company via email as there is no contact number. I received an email back responding to my complaint and several days later my delivery arrived HOWEVER, it is not what I ordered - i have been sent the black Signature Market Tote black Jute , a cheaper bag and not to my taste. So I sent another email on 8th November and have not received a response or acknowledgement . As it stands, I would not recommend anyone using this company - poor service, wrong orders and in this day and age -no contact telephone number . I have paid £31.41 ( bought on a discount promotion ‘find the magic’ ) and discount or not I expect the order to be correct on arrival.

Ordered a jumper, never turned up. Requested a refund and still waiting. Customer service awful. Don’t use this company

My initialled bag came and I’ve been using it for about a year, I had to replace the long strap as the metal work broke. But it’s still my fave bag, that said I did think this was a local and small crafty eco business from the claims of using sustainable materials and helping the planet. Yet the label inside is made in India.

Ordered a personalised bag for my niece’s 30th birthday. Paid for express delivery. It is a week later and no response from the vendor. Now I’m going to miss her birthday. I’ve asked for an update with no response.

Previously had good service but NOT recently. Ordered bag in July when it arrived no side poppers like in the photo and my existing tote. Quality not as good either. Appreciate company seems to be having issues but still waiting for a return label to return the bag which was not as seen on website!

I can not recommend and praise this company enough. I enquired about a bag I needed at fairly short notice.Replied to me quickly, offered to ensure order prepared in time and dispatched.All of this was done at no extra charge and an amazing product.2nd item I have.My sister was thrilled.Bag brill quality, exactly what wanted, personalized perfectly.If you want a great quality personalized bag with great service, choose these guys.

I purchased a bag on the 1st May, it still hasn't arrived,I've also emailed twice and filled out the contact form to no avail. Very poor aftercare, no idea how I get a refund or the bag. Just out of pocket. Dissapointing.

Twice I have contacted Tillyanna on their homepage message box and twice they have not responded. They are not concerned about aftercare, just selling off the product !
I won’t buy from them again …

Really poor experience. Ordered a personalised tote bag, website states 5-7 day lead time. A week today since I ordered, no contact from anyone to say my order had been dispatched. I thought I’d send an email to see where my order was up to to be advised they had expected a delivery of jute bags on the 24th March but it still hadn’t come (so why have the bags on sale then? No message on the website about this stating there could be delays) so I could either cancel my order or wait for delivery which at this point will be after Easter. I asked for a refund and been told this will be done ASAP but no confirmation of this yet. Had I not asked where my order was up to I would not have been informed. Very disappointing.

Just received my personalised bag and it is beautiful. The craftsmanship is amazing and the quality is fantastic. I was lucky to get this bag in a clearance sale and I will treasure it. I love the metal studs at the bottom to stop it from getting dirty and it’s perfect for carrying my folders and books (I’m a primary school LSA).The fact that they are a small business is a huge plus. Beautiful ❤️

Bought one jute bag and was pleased with it. Order 2 more, one as a gift and the quality is terrible, very cheap and plastic looking. I have tried to contact them via their website contact form and also emailed them. They sent a generic email apologising for delay in order. Totally unrelational to complaint and no way of contacting them!!

They have now offered me a refund or 25% off the order, to return it I have to pay postage which is £7, it would seem that I’m caught between a rock and a hard place, but losing £7 seems marginally better than paying £30 for poor quality goods!!

Sent faulty items on 2 occasions and then expected to return at my expense.

Will not use this company again.

I came across this brand on Instagram. One of the designs (printed tote bag) particularly appealed but I wondered if it would be possible to slightly alter the design.
I submitted a query via the website & had an answer within 24 hours. Tillyanna were more than happy to accommodate my request. I duly placed an order & the product arrived within 3 days.
My friend is really pleased with her personalised bag - it was a birthday gift - and I am thrilled.

I recently bought a personalised medium tote bag from tillyanna after being recommended by a few work friends . The service was first class. Delivery was quick and a personal thank you from the owner is sent out . The bag is high quality and I’m delighted with my purchase.

So glad I came across this little company! Got my first bag today and I am thrilled with it. Service was great too - 24hr/48hr delivery quoted on the site and it was exactly that!
