Excellent service from start to finish! An extra special thank you to Steve who is one of THE best delivery drives I've ever come across.

Very easy to order and next day delivery, Steve texted to let me know the night before delivery what time to expect him. Absolutely bang on time, helped with materials inside (even though not part of his remit) to avoid getting wet. An absolute perfect overall experience and Thank you Steve for your help today.

Excellent experience, I ordered online and received a message from Steve the delivery driver the night before delivery. I misinterpreted his second message, completely my fault and as such I wasn’t there when he arrived to deliver. He got everything sorted without complaint and when I arrived 25 minutes later he’d placed everything neatly and in a very safe place. Thank you Steve 👍

As a new customer I am impressed by the service. Some of the best quality professional tiling tools on the market are available on stock and at very competitive prices (I found here my new Montolit F1 Brooklyn wet tile cutter at the best online price). Superfast delivery (ordered on Monday and received it on Wednesday at no extra cost). It was delivered to me by Steve, who contacted me in advance for the necessary arrangements. Steve arrived perfectly on time and was very professional and kind.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Amazing, excellent customer service. I have personally never experienced such great customer service from a whole team in a business - from the wonderful lady who answers the phone, the amazing guys in sales and the incredible delivery driver. I had several quotes sent to me, I phoned and asked endless questions, asked some questions again and then needed my supplies quite urgently. Every phone call and question was answered so polietly and thoroughly. The whole company went above and beyond. Steve the delivery driver let me know well ahead of time when he would be arriving. He cheerfully carried my supplies into my house. No dump on curb and run! I will certainly continue to recommend and use this fabulous company in the future.

Really happy with the service I’ve received. I had made a mistake with the delivery address, (only realised when the driver was at the wrong address in Wiltshire) called the office and they were able to get it out to me the following day in London. Customer service is key to any business, from start to finish this has been second to none, touches like receiving a personal message from Steve the driver to inform me of an estimated ETA the evening before, again on the morning to confirm he was 30 minutes away and to help off load the delivery 👌. Great work.

Ordered some NoMorePly from here. The pricing is good and delivery fast. Placed the order Monday and got a text from Steve the delivery driver that evening saying he'll be here the following day giving me a delivery window. He turned up on time and very helpful. Excellent service.

Woeful performance all round. Indifferent and aloof attitude - taking money for stock they don’t hold, poor logistics and total lack of empathy to the hassles they cause . I would shop around, paying a bit more might be worth it.

Choosing a waterproofing system is a minefield, but I went with Wedi because they were the only ones to do a niche suitable for a 70mm stud partition (too tight on space to bring the wall out at all). These guys had the best price and great reviews, so decision made.

Steve, the delivery driver, text me the evening before delivery, giving me a 15 minute window! He was punctual, professional and a great help bringing things in as we ticked the items off the shipping note.

Excellent Customer Service from Tiling Supplies Direct. Ordered some items from Tiling Supplies Direct on a Sunday evening and they promptly arrived the following Tuesday morning. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the products so I contacted TSD to let them know that the product needed to be replaced. They handled my issue promptly and politely and the replacement was delivered the next morning. Things don't always go according to plan, and when something goes wrong, ideally you need your supplier to own and resolve the problem. This is what Tiling Supplies Direct did for me in double-quick time, providing professional handling of the issue and giving an excellent customer experience.

We have had two brilliant experiences dealing with this company, and Steve the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful or flexible. It is a real pleasure to deal with a company like this, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
