Great service and amazing choice of stylish tiles... our go-to tile place!

Roccia have taken 12 months to install a kitchen for me and it’s still not complete.

We have spent over £50k at Roccia and the kitchen department have been nothing but shambles.

They initially lied to get the sale on parts of the kitchen and once ready for install I have learnt that many things are not as what was promised at point of sale.

They lie to cover their tracks and feel they are above consumer law. I will post daily what my issues have been so please keep reading.

They have been trying to sort remedials out for me for 12months.

I am currently having to speak to legal to get my kitchen sorted.

I am also speaking to press. Do not buy from Roccia!!

Whilst the customer service from Anis was first class. The choice of tiles here is very extensive. I am afraid the tiles purchased shattered 1 in five which meant 2 additional visits to the showroom then down to the warehouse. I was informed there hadn’t been other complaints but even though my tiler has state of the art equipment they were extremely difficult to deal with. I maybe being over sensitive but when I raised the issue with Shiraz I got the impression he wasn’t keen with my raising this. That being said I was told that my issues would be reported to the company. Would I use them again yes but I wouldn’t choose this particular tile Acro Sky again.

Amazing tiles and customer service! Was let down last minute by another company so ordered direct through Shiraz at Roccia. He sourced the tile and had it delivered that week. A few tiles were damaged in transit and Shiraz and the team had replacements sent out the next day! Mid job we came across another problem and the team reassured me they could send more tiles sooner than the estimated delivery time available, which they did after I had an absolute meltdown, couldn’t appreciate the help more! We couldn’t be more impressed with their tiles, worth every penny but even more how much the staff want to help. We even had to return some and Shiraz made this possible, no problems whatsoever. Will be buying tiles for our future projects from here definitely! Thank you Shiraz at the Preston store and all the staff who helped with every call and email, they really are amazing!

I needed to obtain additional tiles and the Bolton branch of Roccia, in particular Gillian was a fantastic help. Everything she said she would do to get the tiles in quick time to keeping me updated about the delivery was fantastic- many thanks Gillian - great customer service

I had a leaking tap and got it replaced by a great member of staff called Benita Zinevic. Thank you Benita for all your help and support resolving my issue.

Great choice of tiles and superb customer service. Recently bought tiles for the outside patio and the porcelain tiles were described as non-slip and they really are! Excess tiles were refunded without quibble by Rahul.

Where to start .. We have previously purchased both floor and tiles from this company many, many times over the years .. our first purchase was from it's humble beginnings on Manchester Road and more recently the outstanding showroom on Queen Street. The customer service & products are just outstanding. From walking into the showroom, it doesn't matter if you are spending a few pounds or thousands, you are made to feel welcome and a valued customer. Nothing is too much trouble, Ishy kindy dealt with our sale and from placing our order and delivery today the process has been flawless. The sales, admin and delivery process has been outstanding. We were kept upto date constantly and they pulled out all the stops to get our delivery to us. All the staff were a truly amazing and we would recommend this company a hundred times over. Thank you so very much.

We have visited the showroom a few times and all the sales people know their trade. Maz dealt with us and gave us excellent advice and service. We are very happy with our choices, therefore we will be returning when we do our other projects.

What can I say! Absolutely AMAZING from beginning to end. Mark is the kindest man ever! He took the time to get me the perfect bathroom design. Without his input I would have been lost. Just 100% customer service, patience and such an asset to the service! I thank you with all my heart….but is his absence Gavin was just as wonderful….what a dream team!

We have bought thousands of pounds worth of tiles from Roccia over the years and the guys are great at helping you choose colours and tile sizes when you are stuck for inspiration. Just bought some for our lounge area and Ishy was great giving us a discount for being a very regular customer. They have the most beautiful tiles available.

We travelled up to Preston from Manchester especially to visit Roccia and we were not disappointed. What an amazing place! I could spend hours in there. Fantastic choice and quality tiles. You can't not find what you are looking for in here. I can't recommend highly enough. Ishy was extremely helpful and patient, customer focused, very honest and knows his stuff. Thanks to Ishy for helping me make a decision that I'm really happy with!

Ordered some lovely tiles today assisted by Ishy who was very helpful and amusing he’s a great asset for Roccia highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had a few bad experiences with Roccia over the course of our 2 bathroom projects.
Firstly, our tiles were over a month later than the date we were initially advised, and we weren’t informed of this until a couple of days before they were due to be delivered
- when we were sold the tiles, we were informed that any unused ones could be returned for a refund, it turns out you can only get a refund if the tiles are stock items and not ordered. We were not advised of this at any stage until it was too late.
- when we did return some of the tiles we’d ordered that had been stock items, we were charged a fee for the return - I think it was around 15% of the cost of the tiles. Given that we’d spent over £3k on tiles and encountered a lot of problems with them, I was very disappointed that not only were we charged this fee, but it was hidden away in the small print of the receipt. When you encourage people to order extra boxes of tiles ‘just in case’ you should really also tell them about your returns policy
