Helpful, knowledgeable and great range
The team here couldn’t be more helpful or knowledgeable. Their suggestions were on point, and they were so accommodating. Their range is great too. They’ll definitely be my first port of call for tiles in future!

Fantastic communication and customer service.
Fantastic communication and customer service made for an excellent buying experience. I requested sample tiles which were sent to me promptly and arrived the following day. I received a follow up text from Brooke checking if I was happy with the samples, which I was, so we then proceeded with the order. Tiles were very kindly delivered to my door a few days later and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

Brooke from The Tile Company has excellent customer service. She emailed me to make sure we had received the tiles as we wanted them to go to a parcel collect in the country - and it was a bit tricky. We received them and love them! Just need to decide which we love the most!

I was missing one of the tiles I wanted and I do understand why you need to see that in really life as a whole tile but none the less they arrived and online is cheaper
