Tiimely Home have made the process of buying a home (first time!) so easy for us! We didn't need a broker and dealt directly with Tiimely who have some of the lowest rates. Shout out to Raf who had been supportive and helpful to my wife and I as first home buyers. Everything went without issue. Highly recommended!

Tiimely wasted our time. We lived a debt free life and have money in the bank. They flat out said they can’t give a loan because of our credit score…but we are debt free (they had all the paperwork to prove it). It was almost devastating for us, because if you have lived a debt free life and work hard enough to have a couple hundred thousand dollars in your bank-it is not enough for these people. Now we know why a lot of decent, hardworking people find it hard to get a house!

Fortunately for us, we found a broker, Geelong Finance Company whose tagline was “Making dreams come true” and guess what, they did! They got Westpac to grant us a loan with an awesome rate and an amount more than we initially even needed! There is something very reassuring about talking to real people about your future…not just uploading documents to a computer and talking to random people online. Please do not waste your time with “Tiimely”.

We are happy with the service provided to us starting with the online application until the loan approval. Tiimely is known for its quick response times and a we’d like to personally thank Sumaiya Alam from the lending team for her continued support through the loan approval.

Tiimely has a very intuitive and easy to use website to enter all the information required for a refinancing process. They communicated with us in all the process, and even though I wasn't able to take the refinance loan with them (due to my LVR being slightly more than 80% after inspection) I think their service was really good, and I look forward to being able to do business with them once my LVR allows (they have the best home loan rate in the market at the moment, at least according to my own personal research).

Their response time is alway fast and the phone is answered staight away without lengthy hold times or the standard message about "longer than usual wait times"
Most importantly their rates are very competitive

Super quick process and approval when you have all the required documents available.

Online signing process is simple, the verification of id was a bit touchy with new gloss plastic passports but we got there in the end.

Great rates and not only that. I had quite a complicated refinance and have had to deal with quite a few of Tiimely's staff. All very friendly and helpful. Especially Sumaiya who was my credit assessor. 10 out of 5 stars for Tiimely!

The process to get a home loan approved is really effective and smooth. All is coordinated online and person can easily do everything from a comfort of his/her home. One great advantage comparing to any other bank or lender is that the whole Tiimely Home team was immediately available to answer any questions and provide clarifications. That's just amazing. Credit assessor processed my application in a matter of days and the final approval for my loan was approved within 4 business days after signing the Contract of Sale including valuation (inspection of a property) and getting a report. Thank you Sumaiya and the whole Tiimely Home Team. Very effective.
Tiimely Home has one the lowest interest rates in the market at the moment, if not the lowest. All costs are well informed and website easy to navigate.

Application was easy but the best part was the online chat where there was no wait time and the staff were always available to give updates, feedback and answer questions.

Tiimely Home (formerly known as TicToc) is super innovative and I love their automated approval systems. Their pre-settlement team was terrific and answered all the questions I had. Their customer service over the chat was second to none and truly one of the best I have ever experienced. Their credit assessor Steve was very friendly and informative.

We enjoyed working with TicToc until post-settlement, when customer service had taken a massive dip. I spoke to their refinancing customer service about refinancing my home loan from interest only to principal + interest. I was simply enquiring more information about it and what the process entails. He angrily assumed I was seeking financial advice and was very stern that the consultants are not there to waste time and simply get the job done. That is no way to speak to a first-time home loan customer who is unfamiliar with the process and just wanted to know more. He had an angry tone throughout the phone call and had no patience.

I reported this issue to myloan email address and did not hear back for 9 days. I wrote another email to follow up on this and still have not heard back since. More than 30 days and they still have not contacted me about my complaint. I also spoke to a customer service over tiimely chat and he said someone will contact me. I have not heard anything since. It is as if they are simply ignoring this issue. It feels like they are nice to you until you have transacted with them and they don't care about post-settlement service. While their rates are good, they don't make you feel like a valued customer once you have settled. This is the last chance I am giving tiimely home to reach out to me or I will not be recommending tiimely to any of my friends and family again. It is such a shame as I appreciate their innovation and have been telling others about how good tiimely is.

Tiimely have been so simple to use for our refinance. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The forms are easy to fill out. When I needed to call the staff member was polite and helpful. Highly recommend.
