This is a scam website. I made a deposit, and after the payment process was completed on the payment platform, the money didn't arrive, and there was no response in the chat. I was scammed by this website.

the worst service i've used, support don't care about complaints

I have had trouble with this tiger sms and already given up on them. I regret ignoring comments here on trustpilot.

You see they advertise numbers for various verification websites, and wait you to recharge,and later take away the numbers that they had particularly shown, tagging them "unavailable" yet they were available earlier before recharging the account. And if you are lucky to get a number, it will end up receiving no code send to it. In my case, I was trying ipsos isay Germany, waited for the code for almost 30 minutes and no code was sent finally, and yet the number is active. I gave up.

The whole process of recharging an account takes a whole day, you have to send money and follow up, chatting with customer support to update your balance, for me the whole process took 1 day to get money into my account.

They post used numbers on their website, I encountered this while trying to sign up for a US telegram, I received a code but going back to telegram there was nowhere I could not key in the code.( This is how telegram behaves since the code is sent to the other user's telegram account for verification)

after last review also they dont refund to me my just 5$ its take more than 60 day , when i writed here a review they replied here and dont answer me in telegram
i so sad for this type of rules they have and its cheating and fraud because they tell me you deposit more money for discount and now if i was deposited 100$ how many years left time till they pay me back my own money ?

I used tiger-sms.com for their Gmail verification service, and it was a huge letdown. The service itself was terrible—poor quality and unreliable. On top of that, their refund policy is a mess. The rules clearly state a 7-day refund period, but when I reached out, they told me it’s now 30 days. It feels like they’re just making it up as they go. Avoid this site if you want something dependable or a company that sticks to its word.

I wanted to try Tiger-SMS because of its affordable prices, but it was a big mistake. Problems arose from the start. First, when I made the payment, they didn't automatically credit my balance and had to do it manually, which took a while right at a time when I needed the service the most.

When I finally had the balance available, I tried to buy a Turkish number for the Papara app, but I never succeeded. Most of the numbers were already taken or simply not available. After wasting a lot of time trying, I decided to request a refund.

I contacted them through their chat system, which seemed more like a bot than real support, and explained that I had wasted the whole day not being able to use the service. They told me to request a refund by sending an email. Although I did this several times, I only received a response telling me that there were already numbers available and to try again, without resolving my refund request.

In short, the service was terrible. Not only did they not solve my problem, they made it worse, wasting my time and making me frustrated. I do not recommend Tiger-SMS, as instead of making things easier, they end up being a great source of stress.

Needed a Turkish number ASAP. It's not possible to check actual availability of the numbers before topping up. Russian scammers...
There were no available Turkish numbers at all, despite showing availability in the catalogue. It isn't stated anywhere clearly that they don't provide long-term rentals - only for 20 minutes. They offer no refund. They offer no custom orders - "check from time to time if there any numbers from the desired country appeared".

Before registering to their system and depositing money, I asked whether their services were working. They told me it was okay. And after upload balance it, nothing was working. They did not help with the refund. And it is almost impossible to reach them. They have set up a bot managed by artificial intelligence and are distracting people.

I wasted so much rubles trying numbers for an app that I wanted to sign up for only to find out they are already used! Please be careful using them because your account can be logged out if someone tries your number because they still show numbers that are already used to be used by another.

Also, unresponsive contact chat support and email doesn't even exist. Such user doesn't exist when I tried to email them, my email just bounced back to me.

I bought 3 number for it for telegram
First one worked only for a day and got banned then second one gave me an incorrect code and third one was already under use with two factor verification activated but since I received the code they deducted my payment
