Quite easy to take out this insurance and at a reasonable cost. The only reason for four stars instead of five ,is because I simply have not had to use them. Peace of mind is good and nice to know you have the backing of a company.

I've used Tidy Alloys before of two different cars. On the occasions I've had to claim, its been easy and quick with the repairs being done to a high standard.

When i got my new car, choosing Tidy Alloys was a no brainer and setting this up was simple.

Simple to arrange multiple insurance policies, all at competitive prices. Fast and helpful response to questions before and after purchasing policies. Haven’t tested how good the claims process is - something I’m hoping not to try.

I looked on the internet for the gap insurance and came across this company gave them a ring and the person I spoke with was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know in fact he also pointed out to me that they also did other products as well such as paint protection tyres and alloys and cosmetics repairs but I didn’t take it up with them as I bought them with my new car at the garage and if I had known that before hand I would have had all of them at a cheaper price than what I paid most definitely recommend this company as it will save you money and next car I buy I will come to this company well done and thank you that’s why I gave 5 star

Easy claim process, responsive communication but slower than normal. Ben sorted it all out. Love the fact settled direct with repair agent and I don’t have to pay and claim back.

Tidy alloys are very very good. We have had 2 tyres replaced and have been paid out straight away, we have also had 4 alloy wheels refurbished and was paid out straight away.

Cannot fault the service.

After discovering my car had been hit on the rear bumper, I requested a SMART repair. Unfortunately, I had to wait over a month for a technician to visit. When the work was eventually carried out, it was of a poor standard.

​The technician had simply blobbed paint onto the chips, and I had to ask him to retouch them with more care and accuracy. Furthermore, where he had tried to polish out some of the marks, he left severe sanding scratches behind. I ultimately had to polish these out myself to get the bumper to an acceptable standard

Excellent service would highly recommend.

This is a small organisation and the service received is personal and highly to be recommended.Making a claim is straightforward and the repair is organised without fuss and to an excellent standard.The communication with the repair agent is excellent.

Brought their alloy wheel insurance for nearly 3 years. Made a few claims for alloy wheels as well as tyre punctures. Ben has always been helpful and highly responsive; you can file a claim in no time. It was the best decision I made purchasing this insurance along with my car. Highly recommend it to anyone (actually recommended it to my petrolhead friends already).
