Yas 3 Parks tickets

We bought a 3parks access ticket. Once at the entrance the tickets were invalid. After a check by the park the tickets were already used few months ago. We contacted the agency and we received new tickets. This whole endeavour cost us more then 30 minutes which we could not spend in the park. Also the tickets for some reason cannot be uploaded/added to the yasisland app which is inconvenient as you cannot have the benefits of using the app. The agency reacted fast on the issue and did a nice gesture for the inconvenience occurred. Where people work mistakes happen but they professionally handled the situation.
