We used Ticketory to buy tickets for Knossos/Crete. The link is listed in Google as official ticket seller. But the prices are much higher than the official ones, in our case 31 EUR instead of 20 EUR. This is scam.

Reservamos con varios días de antelación tickets para la librería Lello (Oporto). Minutos antes de la visita aún no nos habían mandado las entradas. Tuvimos que hacer de nuevo la cola y, cuando nos pusimos en contacto con ellos, acabaron aconsejándonos que sacáramos las entradas directamente en la librería. No hubo más respuestas por su parte.

Unreliable vendors behind. It lets you purchase tickets for attractions which require dedicated names, but then it does nit warn if you missed putting the names and populate the name of the purchaser to all tickets. We got contacted too late to provide the correct names. A refund was offered at the end, which is the least, but what remains is the fact we could not visit the Colosseum as planned. Be sure to read all details during the booking process.

For this attraction, individual visitor names are required on the tickets. Unfortunately, the booking was processed with the lead traveller’s name for all participants, and we were unable to obtain the correct names in time to have the tickets reissued before the scheduled visit.
As soon as the issue became clear, we issued a full refund. We fully understand, however, that a refund does not make up for a missed experience.
We have taken your feedback seriously and are reviewing our booking process for attractions requiring personalised tickets to make these requirements clearer and prevent similar situations in the future.

Scam company! They influence Google Maps in order to be listed as the 'official website' for various attractions. They then buy up tickets and resell it to unsuspecting customers for a much higher rate.

Ticketory is an independent ticketing platform and we have never claimed to be the official website of the attractions we offer. We recently became aware of an issue affecting how our website was presented within certain Google placements. We immediately raised this with Google, and the issue was resolved and the misleading presentation corrected some time ago.
As an independent reseller, our prices may differ from the attraction’s direct price, as is the case with many third-party ticketing platforms. All prices are displayed before purchase, and customers are free to review the total amount before completing their order.
We take transparency very seriously and certainly do not intend to mislead anyone. If you made a purchase with us and have a specific concern about your booking, please contact us at support@ticketory.com with your booking reference and we’ll be happy to review it.

Ticketory did not upload or sell your products with any intention to misrepresent your business. The listings in question originated through one of our distribution partners, and as soon as you contacted us and explained the issue, we investigated it immediately.
Although we were under no contractual obligation to do so, we removed the products promptly as a gesture of good faith and confirmed their removal to you.
We respectfully reject the allegation that this was a "scam." At no point did we intend to misrepresent your business or deceive customers, and we acted quickly and cooperatively once the matter was brought to our attention.

Ticketory is listed on Google as the “official site” for various museums in Mexico City. It is not—their websites are run by the Mexican government. Ticketory marks up the actual price of a ticket to the museum by a large margin while masquerading as the museum itself. It makes several experiences un-refundable. It’s extremely predatory.

Ticketory is an independent online travel agency. We do not claim to be the official website of any museum or attraction, nor do we state that we are affiliated with the Mexican government or any attraction unless explicitly indicated.
Regarding Google, we do not control Google's labels, business profile presentation, or search interface. If Google displays information in a way that causes confusion, we actively work with them to have it corrected.
Our prices are clearly displayed before purchase and may differ from the attraction's own website because they can include additional services such as customer support, booking infrastructure, payment processing, and other value-added services. Customers are free to compare prices before making a purchase.
Our cancellation policy is also displayed before checkout and must be accepted by the customer before payment. Some experiences are non-refundable because this is the policy set for those products, while many others do offer free cancellation depending on the supplier and product.
We take customer transparency seriously and are always happy to investigate any specific booking if you contact us with your booking reference.
