Complete scam! Never received my ticket. Should be illegal. How do one report them and have site taken down?

Total Scam, tickets were never provided. It’s an elaborate one, with a full on Ticketmaster style website, chat, and customer service. Luckily purchased with credit card and was able to dispute the charge.

They some total scammers. I thought I was buying ticket master and some how got some tickets from these people. I am glad they canceled our event and didn’t get there looking crazy. I was got for $303 trying to take my kids to see their favorite rapper. These people should be a shamed of theirselves. They just messed up from me EVER wanting to order tickets again!!!

Please do not purchase off this website. I didn’t realize I was pushed off Ticketmaster!!! I’m out $450.
Never got tickets. So sickening

Bought tickets to Taylor Swift for my 3 daughters in Denver. We live in NC. Was told I would receive tickets 3 days before. Did not. Called literally 20 times. Was repeatedly told if I did not receive the tickets I purchased I would receive equivalent or better. Lon long story, did not receive original tickets but got great (insert sarcasm) seats behind the stage. DO NOT USE TICKET FASTER!!!!!

Scammers! How you going to send me paper tickets when the stadium.is mobile tickets only...then they are going to send by Fed ex which you have to be there to sign for them and their paper...then when I look close it tells you what section and row, but don't show seats numbers...I will be sending them a lawsuit

I went to order Jeff Dunham tickets at Prarie Band Casino in Mayetta kansas. I googled Jeff Dunham at Prarie Band. The seating chart came up and it ordered 4 tickets at $79. I got a conformation and it said Atlantic City. I could only reach someo e by chat. They said there was not refunds. I explained it clicked on jeff dunham at Prairie Band and a seating chart came up nothing about Atlantic City when ordering. A person with the name of Sena said I'm sending you a voucher. I clicked on Prairie Band again and Prairie Band again and tickets for Dunham came up and were now $160 a ticket. I called Prairie Band directly and they told me they tickets dont even go on sale until noon. I said somehow I bought tickets at Atlantic City and this company called ticket faster gave me a voucher to buy them again at Prarie Band.The guy said sir you've been scammed we only use stubhubb and ticketmaster. I finally got ahold of this ticket faster by phone and the guy said tough on refunds. I said you're selling tickets when they're not even available until 12:00. He said tough. I was furious. Knowing I had been scammed I had to got on Prairie Bands site directly and purchase tickets 4 @ $70 a piece. All them tickets sold out on ten minutes. I'm relieved I got 4 tickets. I screwed up bad. I should of called Prairie Band directly in the first place. I rarely buy concert or event tickets. At 4:00 in checked this ticket faster site and guess what they were selling lots of tickets to Jeff Dunham at Prarie Band for the same date. Problem is they sold out by 12:10 there was not tickets abaiilable. I'm only getting started with this company. I want everyone to be aware. Today I called the Better Buisness Bureau.

I accidentally ordered tickets thinking it was Ticketmaster. I was so worried I got scammed all the way up until I walked through the gate at the amphitheater. Within 5 minutes of ordering off ticketfaster I got the email to transfer my ticket. It even told me about Google wallet where I was able to save my ticket. It scanned immediately at the gate and I had the most AMAZING night! Janet ROCKED that stage!!! I know it's 3rd party so not every experience will be this amazing but I thought I would give others like myself a sigh of relief! Happy life!!

TicketFaster bought up all the tickets to our 4-yr-old daughter’s ballet recital and then hiked up the prices. Classy.

My wife bought tickets on here for Luke Combs and they never sent us our tickets. It’s a scam. Don’t use them. Obviously should have read some reviews on them, but still think it’s messed up because people work hard for their money. They wanna do fun things sometimes and then they get taken advantage of. Just beware everyone.

BUYER BEWARE!! This website is a scam! Everyone needs to complain to Visa and Mastercard and get them shut down!

Totally bogus company, after reading reveiws and I called my bank immediately, so many people never got their tickets and they are way over priced compared to ticket Master. Never again. Always go to Ticket Master.

I purchased tickets mistakenly. My Granddaughter is having a dance type show with Buddy Sherwood school. After purchasing the tickets and told my daughter she informed me she had already purchased tickets for us. When I tried to cancel i was told they do not refund tickets. This was a whole 20 minutes after the order. Then talking to my daughter I found the tickets she bought was from ticket master and the two tickets were 40 dollars total the ones i bought in the very same area were 167 dollars. Not only is this gouging they are as i feel a scam company but are gouging the customers as well. I will never do business with this company ever again and I hope no one else does either. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

Purchased tickets for Taylor Swift from ticket faster by accident. Totally thought I had been scammed especially after the Taylor Swift ticket debacle. I was so happy to receive my tickets! They weren't exactly what I ordered but close, they were pricey
but they arrived a couple of weeks before the concert and I was able to fulfill my granddaughters dream of seeing Taylor Swift.

I purchased tickets from what I thought was Ticketmaster but it ended up being Ticketfaster. The ticket price was inflated and they refused to give me a refund. Beware this company will steal your money.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Never received my Janet Jackson tickets.
Yet they have the funds
Customer Service sucks. Now I can’t get my tickets or a refund.

Why can't we give zero stars??? It's 2 days before the concert and we still don't have our Depeche Mode tickets!! THEY ARE A SCAM

SCAM! Ticketfaster is a completely dishonest organization that sells fraudulent tickets.
I purchased 2 tickets to Buddy Guy in Nashville. I made the mistake of not checking these guys out. It turns out the tickets are not transferable and must be on the buyers account on AXS. Ticketfaster sent me a PDF that was an obvious fake. The venue confirmed that they were fake. Ticketfaster has refused to refund my money. So buyer beware. Don’t make the mistake I did with these thieves.

Ticketfaster tried to charge me for ticket I did not accept via the email they send me, was wrong date and sold out show. Didn't provide seats or any other info but they would not cancel the order so they wanted me to pay for $500.00 for tickets I did not want and had not information on. Horrible comany
