Poor - really annoying and clunky site - refused to accept my surname repeatedly. After having spent 15 mins and changed my surname to suit the site it eventually let me in - however once tickets were bought - continually trying to sell you something else you don't want there were at least 8 'offer' that you have to click though....
- if possible avoid...
What happened to one click payment????????

An issue occurred when paying for tickets, my cards kept being declined so I purchased the tickets elsewhere. A few days later I noticed I had actually been charged for one of the transactions, so I emailed, got a response overnight, sent some proof of my other tickets and got a refund within a few hours - all on a weekend! And I thought good customer service was dead - well impressed.

We went to Blenheim Palace to see the lights doing the trail. It was beautiful. A very good experience. We really love it.

I bought tickets to Christmas Dunham Massey for 19th December (tomorrow). My newborn was admitted into alder hey and tried to change tickets via the app on evening of 17th December. The app wouldn't provide the alternative dates/times and the help desk line was closed so I waited for today to call. I called on 18th December at 10.30am to change the tickets to a different date but was told that the terms and conditions stated that we could only exchange tickets 24 hours before the event and respite me calling 30 hours before the event I am unable to swap them.
They will not provide me with a refund either, despite being able to provide medical letters stating my child is in hospital.
I wasn't even looking for a refund initially, I was wanting to exchange to a different date and the app didn't work, so called still before 24 hours period.

We were enquiring about a show and needed advice on tickets and availability especially as this is a surprise for family members. Everything was explained and the booking made there and then. Process was so easy and staff was really helpful, thanks again.

The website is useless, you wait for a verification code which when it eventually arrives says its invalid. 28 attempts !!! Before it worked. Appalling and of course no phone number to ask for help!!

Booked event for 9 people , I have not received tickets or parking permit I paid for, we are due to attend the event today.
Yet somehow this company managed to send all customer feedback emails, go figure...

The paying bit was easy but trying to find 2 tickets I wouldn't allow me to book 2 seats if there was 3 seats in a row as said can't leave 1 seat but when I looked around to find others there was lots of single seats so was a bit disappointed as when I went back on the seats I wanted had gone which left 1 seat,but I eventually found some seats so I'm happy

So helpful!
I booked my tickets and then realised I’d booked the wrong date. Disaster!
I had little hope of being able to exchange or get a refund but I was wrong.
I contacted them via the form and they emailed me within the hour and were able to resolve my issue. I had to rebook for the correct date and then they were able yo issue a refund.
Such a relief.
