Had great experience getting tickets with a presale code after 5 minutes was choosing my tickets straight in basket through to pay then email confirmation all done would recommend to buy tickets

I can access existing tickets ok, but have to log in again to make purchase. There seems to be no option to securely save my password to a device(ie with facial or fingerprint recognition)

My account kept locking me out. Had to change password several times...Sadly i dont think I'd use them again as you cant sell to other fans. So your left with a ticket you cant use and cant sell...

Please can someone contact me i have been charged for a ticket but have no confirmation and the ticket is still showing as available? I have sent msgs on your enquiry page and fb, why is there no telephone number?

Really easy to book accessible tickets using the dedicated phone line. It only took a few minutes and we have amazing seats too! This is easiest venue for booking accessible tickets that I've found so far.

We purchased tickets for Brian Cox Saturday event. Weeks later we received an email to say our seats were no longer available and we could either contact Ticketek to pay more for different seats on the Saturday, or our tickets would be automatically transferred to the Sunday event. We contacted Ticketek via their website 'contact us' facility twice, to ask about what alternative seats were available for the Saturday, both times no response. We then emailed customer services, again no response. By this time the deadline had passed, so our tickets were moved to the Sunday event, which is difficult for us due to work commitments. The website is very difficult to navigate and contacting the company seems impossible. No phone number! Very poor customer care.

relatively easy process to purchase tickets and amend choice of seats. Difficult to add more detail when the tickets have not been issued/received as yet.

This was real hard work. I wouldn’t use again unless I had no choice which I didn’t cos I wanted Blenheim palace Christmas tickets. I also informed BP of the mess

Booked tickets to see Romesh in Plymouth. Tickets can only be used (I believe) via the app. Downloaded the app… then was sent on a loop trying to reset a password. Emailed the company and to their credit they did respond really quickly to sort the problem out… glad I tried to have the app up and running after purchasing the tickets, than waiting for 10 minutes before the gig. All a bit stressful. Still not quite sure how I can reset the password on the app (as I am using the one the person reset it to!) obviously this is probably user error ;-)
