Had to use automated help service because website would not work -didn’t show all ticket options.
Did take several emails to get matter sorted but got there in the end-would have been quicker and more pleasant if I could have spoken to a real person.
Also ended up paying for parking £10 as booking made within 24 hrs of event and NatTrust membership option not available because of delay in getting onto website.

I booked an event online and unfortunately I made a mistake.
I booked 4 tickets instead of 2.
I contacted the customer support of Ticketek Uk, and they immediately sent me a refund. I am more than satisfied with their service and the quality of their help.

THE DATES AND LOCATION IN THE DESCRIPTION ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE DATES AND LOCATION ON THE TICKETS .

A bit disappointed that we as National Trust Members had to pay the “extortionate”parking charge!!!

I spent £106.65 on xmas experience at westonbirt for Fri 19h December including 3 x entries, car parking and rides. I even paid extra for cancellation on top. I booked it a week in advance. Unfortunately on the day of the visit my son became ill and he had a fever and terrible cough and cold not attend. We had no one to help us so had to cancel and thought because we paid extra we were covered. On completing the cancellation form it states you need a doctors note. This was impossible to get a doctors note on Friday night. Still havent had anything back from ticketet.

I was directed to this business and application when booking a National Trust property Christmas light show.
The application works very well and it’s easy to move e-tickets into the phone’s wallet.

Website couldn’t cope with the amount of traffic using there site trying to purchase tickets to see the Christmas lights at Leeds castle manage to select everything I need then went to purchase the tickets then the fun began with Ticketek kept throwing us back to the basket when purchasing through PayPal then when tried in a new browser the site said there were no more tickets apart from £40 ones luckly for me I went back to the window we’re I had the tickets in the basket and tried again and this time the purchase went through after 30 minutes of stress I hope someone from ticketek uk reads this and upgrades there website to deal with the amount of traffic there website attracts as there is no telephone number to actually speak to a human being when your having trouble/problems.

Event was cancelled by event host. I was told by email that I had to download the app to reschedule or refund my ticket. Downloaded app, but reschedule or refund option doesn't exist. Very frustrating

I have bought Leeds Castle (LC) visitors passes for my grand children for many years, and 2 years ago took them to the Christmas Lights at Leeds Castle, booking through the LC site. It was straightforward. This year to my dismay, without any warning from LC website, when I tried to book tickets I was taken directly to Ticketek, a site I have never come across. I didn't trust it to not be a scam, as I have already said - it was without any warning from LC website that they had changed their booking methods by hiring this Ticket managing business. Ticketek 'Register' link was not immediately obvious on their first page, it was off the screen and I had to scroll down. All this might be 'second nature' to a young, digital savvy customer, but I am 76, although I would say that I am somewhat digital savvy, having been an IT teacher in the early days of computers in schools. All this clumsy website linking took ages, and if it hadn't been that I had promised my grand children the Leeds Castle Lights as a treat I would have given up in annoyance and taken them somewhere else. I was so annoyed and tired that I couldnt be bothered to claim the free parking (I had joined the Leeds Castle regular ticket holders last October for my grand children) expecting that I could sort this out on arrival. The lady in the Ticketet booth at LC was pleasant enough, but was not interested in arranging for my refund of £7 parking. She did listen to my feedback (similar to this) and seemed to realise that Ticketek need to rethink their website to suit the older generation because I expect that many. many of their potential customers will be grand parents who are less trusting of QR codes, websites and such like. Ticketek need to explain this to the companies (eg LC) for whom they offer their services and instruct these companies to include a warning on their website that their customers will be redirected to the Ticketek booking service. I do not think that I am alone in being suspicious that Ticketek is not a scam.
