This is the second time we have used Ticketebo and we did so based on our positive experience the first time. The staff are supportive ,helpful and informative
and we would highly recommend their servicce.

A competitively priced and better framework of fees than many other ticketing platforms. We enjoyed fast responses and one to one service from the team. No hesitation in recommending Ticketebo to anyone.

Excellent and smooth system to use. Really helpful for large events, no technical issues at all. Excellent correspondence with the management of company with adding tickets and editing things, with no questions asked. We as an events team would 100% use this system again and would urge any large events companies to use this ticketing system.

Excellent service from Ticketebo for our club fireworks night!

Ticketebo provided the online ticketing service for our cricket club fireworks night this year, and we couldn’t have been happier with how smoothly everything went.

Before the event, communication with Xander was fantastic — he explained everything clearly and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The e-ticket system worked brilliantly, and the scanning app was absolutely flawless on the night. It made entry incredibly efficient, allowing us to get spectators in quickly without any queues.

We especially loved the feature that allowed one person to scan their group ticket and have everyone enter together — such a thoughtful touch that made things much easier for families. Being able to track how many people were on site throughout the evening was another great benefit for our event management team.

To top it off, Ticketebo transferred the funds promptly by the Tuesday after the event, which was very much appreciated.

Overall, we’d highly recommend Ticketebo to any organisation running an event — professional, reliable, and so easy to work with!

Very very easy to buy and use the tickets

We used Ticketebo for Olney Fireworks night. They were able to issue Adult, Child and Free tickets. Without hesitation we will be using them again next year. The whole process and Ticketebo scanning app was perfect. Their support is very responsive. Having someone there, in the background when the event is on so if something was to go wrong was very much appreciated. Xander is a great asset to Ticketebo.

Great easy to use system! We used ticketebo for a recent event. The app is simple for checking people in quickly and giving you a list of names for the bookings. Xander was always very quick to reply to any queries and we will definitely be using them again next year! Would definitely recommend!

We used Ticketebo recently for our beer festival "The Big Swally Edinburgh". It was our first time using an external ticketing company and things couldn't possibly have gone smoother. Sales were handled well, and the customer support for us was top notch, no little adjustment was too much hassle. The companies scanning app was also perfect on the door at the event for attendees coming to the event. Five stars all round, and a particular nod to Xander who dealt with us on the whole. Would absolutely use again.

This is a superb service. The team answer their phone, they help to guide you through options and their rates are reasonable. The site is looking after our Premiere screening of The Spin and it’s one of the few areas I’ve not had to deal with any issues. I’d recommend Ticketebo 100% for an event.

I want to take the time to recommend Ticketebo. This was our first music festival and we weren't sure where to start with ticketing! We were so pleased we spoke to Ticketebo! It was always reassuring to speak with an actual human who could talk us through the process. No question was too stupid for Xander (our account manager) - he always responded promptly to emails, and he even said we could call him on his mobile on the Saturday of our festival if we needed anything (which we didn't - because their system is so smooth). We thoroughly recommend them and will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

Hassle free service. Very responsive comms, design and setup. From my initial contact, we were ready to go, via a mobile app, in 48hrs. The fee taken for the services provided, was minimal and very cost effective.

Our experience of using Ticketebo was excellent from start to finish. Our advisor Xander was in touch very quickly and took time to understand our festival and what we were looking for/needed from a ticketing partner.
He then created our ticketing platform and checked in to ensure we were happy before launching. Whenever we required updates or adjustments to our platform these were done quickly and efficiently.
Xander was in communication with us from the launch right through to the date of the festival and afterwards too. His customer service was excellent and we are definitely going to use Ticketebo again in the future.
