Have been dealing with TIBC for 18 years, initially with Jill to buy an apartment and more recently had the pleasure of selling our apartment with the expert help of Jill’s son Dani. The selling process could not have been easier thanks to Dani who handled everything, from advertising to taking the viewings, the apartment was sold in a few days. Cannot thank Dani enough for all his help and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We used the services of TIBC for a home purchase and a home sale as well as all our tax and insurance requirements. They are professional, friendly and honest and will always go that extra mile for you. All the staff are great but a special mention goes out to Dani & Jill who are our main point of contact and are amazing. Would highly recommend.

TIBC sorted out a complex situation re: my Spanish pensions, which are being paid to me in the UK. INSS mislaid my annual declaration sent directly to their office in March last year & suspended my pensions at the end of April. TIBC rapidly resolved my situation so that my pension payments were reinstated & we were very pleased with the excellent service.

This company have been fabulous. Multilingual, courteous, efficient, friendly and excellent value for money. I am British, have a house in Amarilla Golf, Tenerife South and they deal with every aspect of legislation, taxes and paperwork for me. Excellent 6 star service (but I can only give max 5 stars). I am lost without TIBC especially as I cannot speak fluent Spanish, non resident who is limited to 90/180 days (Schengen). The Team sorted out my car emissions windscreen sticker and historically manage our Spanish taxes and Insurances. Our Spanish bank accounts were blocked after Brexit and with Covid travel restrictions we were limited to what we could do from the UK. Jill and the team sorted it all out efficiently so our Taxes and Community Fees Invoices could get paid. I could give other examples of out of the ordinary assistance. Basically if you want a hassle free stay in Tenerife as a property owner without stress, as you know you are legally compliant you need to use a company like TIBC whose fees are more than reasonable in my view.

I was recommended to TIBC by a friend and firmer colleague for all my tax and insurance matters out in Tenerife where I own a holiday home. From the outset they dealt with all my outstanding taxes, basura, IBI etc and very quickly, I was on an even keel. I no longer have to think about any of them as TIBC arrange for everything to be done automatically. Any new issues (the environmental stickers for cars for instance), are flagged up immediately and sorted. Their knowledge of the Spanish tax, insurance and legal systems alone is worth the fees which, payable in Feb in my case, are more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

TIBC were able to calculate how much by beneficiraies would have to pay to the Spanish tax authorities in order for them to inherit my Spanish assets. One of the best ways to protect my children from having to pay this within 6 months of my passing was to purchase an "inheritance tax insurance" from Liberty Seguros. TIBC as far as I'm aware are the only people who offer this product. They were very helpful and concise in their work. I'd highly recommend this insurance to any property owners living in Tenerife.
