Global GPS have a nice, clear website. Ordering was straight forward and delivery rapid. The product I wanted was out of stock at other on-line shops but readily available at Global GPS. Ticks all the boxes for me.

This would have been rated five except that I was a little surprised when it arrived. An email when it was despatched did not come through to me.

Ordered and paid for dyson v8. About a week later was informed that the product was not available and someone would contact me when it was. A full refund was given but I lost approx 18 euro due to currency conversion. Never heard from the company since...

I purchased a SatNav from GlobalGPS as their price was very competitive. Delivery was prompt and I had no complaints at the time of purchase. After 20 months the device developed a fault which was confirmed by the manufacturer. Although outside of warranty I was advised by Citizens Advice that it would be reasonable to request a repair or replacement as a premium device should last longer than 20 months. Unfortunately GlobalGPS declined to offer any help and instead referred me to the manufacturer. Garmin (the manufacturer) has been very helpful.

they were helpful on the phone with questions regarding postage, and the product. however shipping was slow. shipped with 24hr royal delivery which is good, however wasn't dispatched until a good few days after order was placed...ordered on Saturday, item received the following Saturday.

I bought a Garmin nuvi 2559LMT.
During the course of the purchase I spoke over the phone to the staff on two occasions. Each time they were very helpful and polite.
If I have slight complain, it is that the device was despatched four days later than was originally promised, due to Global GPS being temporarily out of stock. Having said that, it arrived the next day.
The price for the Garmin was the cheapest I could find and I would certainly recommend them and use again.

Did what they said they would no problems with purchase, delivery was tracked every step and notifications were helpful when delivery was imminent.

I tried all the usual routes to get one of these but they were sold out and then via a google search I found Global GPS. I was a bit sceptical at first but their reviews looked good so I thought I would give it a try. Communication was brilliant and my fan arrived 2 days later. I would definitely buy from them again.

Very fast and easy shopping experience, except I got an e-mail saying they had refunded the money. No explanation, nothing. I therfore missed the deadline for delivery from another supplier.
Pretty poor.

The Item I ordered was out of stock and i was informed by email. When the item arrived in-stock it was posted first class, arriving the next day.

I was very happy with the service from Global GPS.

I ordered my new Garmin Mount on Monday, hoping it would arrive on Thursday. By Friday I was getting annoyed as I really had expected it by then. It finally arrived Saturday after I had left on the trip I needed it for.

I can not fault the service from global ...the item cam very quickly even though it was out of stoke ..BUT I phone up to check that this item fitted my my Fenix 3 watch and was told it would fit.. It does fit my watch but if I had not already bought a strap that I was not happy with the tools provided would not of taken off the old strap neither would the screws provided fit ...So where as I would of given a 5 star rating ....because of poor product knowledge I can only give them 3 stars

item purchased was supplied in good time despite being out of stock. I was kept informed of progress of the order and actually received the goods on the original delivery date.

If you're happy to order something when it is shown as having plenty in stock, only to find a week later that they are ordering it in from the manufacturer and, when it does arrive, find that it is faulty; after returning the product, you get passed from one person to another, getting told one story after another, finally getting a replacement a month after returning the first one, being told that they will refund your (insured) return postage and not doing so; if you're happy with all that, then go ahead and order, otherwise, I wouldn't.

I couldn't find this part anywhere not even on the garmin website but you had the exact part I needed excellent service and speedy delivery

Ordered a GPS watch which showed in Stock. As soon as the order was placed I received an email saying it was out of stock but would be available in 1 - 2 days. 5 days later I sent an email for an update - received a standard acknowledgment saying I would get a reply within 48 hours but nothing further. Phoned up Customer Support, I was assured it was due in later that day and would be with me within 48 hours. Nothing arrived.
4 more emails - no replies, 3 more calls - more promises but nothing happened. Finally cancelled the order on Saturday, I was promised my credit card would be refunded and I would receive an email confirmation. Guess what - nothing. On Tuesday I received an email saying the product was being dispatched, a final call to customer support got the order cancelled and I am just hoping that my money has been refunded (I will be checking...).
I guess this company is OK if they have product in stock, I wouldn't bother if they have to order it in.
