Ordered a golf watch, was slightly dismayed that the web site said free delivery but at check out there was no alternative but to pay for delivery. Advertised 1-3 day delivery but did not arrive for 9 days. When I chased delivery I could not get any tracking number and was told the person picking the watch "could not find them". The watch arrived undamaged but the watch packaging was in poor condition and fell apart when opened. Overall good price and nice to buy from a UK company but let down by poor customer service.

Company prices are great and with a limited time to get the product delivered the delivery service was on time.

This Hoover is fantastic, it's light, quick and easy to use, very quiet so I can Hoover the whole house while my baby is sleeping!! It's easy to use and empty and the battery power is great, a bit pricey but worth it!! Delivery was also great, no issues at all, I opted for normal delivery, it arrived 4 days later and the driver phoned cos he couldn't find us!!

Originally bought this fan for my elderly parents who made very good use of it in the winter months. So impressed with it that I bought one myself. The delivery of the item was superb and arrived slightly earlier than expected and was even delivered to my work place. Global were by far the cheapest online I could find too.

I had been looking for a garmin S2 for some time when I came across Global GPS . The price was the lowestI had found so I decided to go for it. The process was simple and the watch arrived two days later as promised. I would recommend Global GPS to anyone seeking quality product at a good price with excellent service. I have already strongly recommended global to a fellow member at my club.

So far this is looking like a vast improvement on my old Zumo 550. Easy to set up and wire in, clear instructions for the units set up.
Global GPS were fast at dispatching and were helpful in letting me know when it should arrive.

Having decided to follow Ride magazine's recommendation and buy the Garmin Zumo 660 LM for my new bike, I trawled the Internet looking for the best deal. I was delighted to find that the supplier offering the most competitive price was a local firm that I knew from previous experience could offer the best of all worlds - internet prices and friendly, local service. Highly recommended.

Notified Global GPS of faulty item was told to return via post, asked them to replace and send a courier for damaged and broken product, sent serval emails, someone from customer services then rang me to say a manager would be in touch with further instructions and since then no further contact has been received. I have tried to contact the customer service department the phone rings out, i have sent emails and had no contact from them even though the response email states a response wihtin 48hours, very poor service! still in the dark as to what to do with my damaged and borken product and if i will be receiving a replacement.
Will not be using this company again

I have ordered a watch and paid for the 3-4 day delivery. It is now a week since my order and after waiting patiently I called today to find out what is happening. The watch has not yet been sent and is being sent tomorrow and will "probably" arrive the day after. Not good enough and service over the phone flippant and not even a glimmer of an apology.

I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 920 on a 4 day delivery. Didn' t turn up after 5 days and struggled to get a response from customer services using phone and email. Eventually got someone only to find out it will be another 2 days. Let's hope it turns up. Wish I had used Amazon now. Won't use this site again. Very disappointed and no appology either. Price was good.

Delievered promptly. Didn't have any tools! I thought it was reconditioned as good condition but now will have to purchase extras!

I had never heard of this company but having researched the best price around fr my Garmin I found it here! Good communication and delivery bang on time. I will certainly use them again!

Very quick and efficient booking and delivery. Sat Nav operated fine but had weak battery life, 2008/2009 maps which caused a number of navigation hassles along the way and a tired mount that kept falling off windscreen. When receiving £40 for each rental (not including postage) it wouldn't take too many rentals to cover cost of keeping the unit or maps up to date.

The sat nav for the most part was brilliant we couldn't have got anywhere without it, however the battery didn't last longer than 20 mins which meant it had to be plugged in all the time, every time you stopped the car to nip out the sat nav had to be restarted, the charger was broken and had to be held together which wasn't easy on a long drive luckily my phone charger fitted into it and I had an adapter for the car or I would have had no way to charge the sat nav on the first day.
