Great customer support, found them on a forum and out of curiosity joined the discord server. They gave me a trial, I had troubles using it but support was super helpful and guided me through the steps (I'm a newbie).

I am a customer of Thunder Proxies
I am a customer of Thunder Proxies, and there's no doubt that the quality of their proxies is awesome, as is their customer service. However, there is a significant issue with monitoring data consumption. I've submitted multiple screenshots and have spoken to their team. They said they would check and inform me, but in my case, I haven't used the data that I've been charged for. I've provided screenshots and evidence to support this, but it seems like there's some manipulation happening to artificially increase data consumption.
I've been a long-time customer of Smart Proxy, IP Royal, and aSocks for the last 4 to 5 years, but I've never encountered this kind of issue with data consumption. It appears that they are artificially dropping my data levels and employing tricks to consume extra data. They also seem to be manipulating download data on the dashboard, which is a really pathetic way to deceive users.
Here are the answers that you mentioned in your reply.
I agree with them that they refunded my money, but the question remains: why did they refund my money? I didn't request or instruct them to do so. The point is they didn't provide me with an answer to my question because they simply don't have any answers.
Oh, that's good. You've decided to start over, and now I'll begin from the beginning with evidence, my friend.
I sent them $8.15, and here's the proof:
