Excellent service. Their website warned me that there might be a delay because it was between Christmas and the New Year, but it was actually extremely prompt.

All arrived safe and sound
The delivery came when it was due to and I had plenty of messages about that which was helpful as I needed them for a project with a deadline.
The actual buttons I ordered all came safely, but some of them didn't work (seemed of less good quality than the others) and had to be rejected. I did order a lot (84) so I guess that's to be expected (?).
There seems to be a great range of products in this shop, so I expect I'll go back if ever I need more sewing supplies.

I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered the very next day so I could continue my project so it's now finished in time for Christmas

Great range of haberdashery…
There is a wide range of haberdashery and sewing essentials at very reasonable prices. I particularly like the range of bag making slides and d rings etc. as the metal slides grip really well. Delivery has been quick and I appreciate the different delivery options.

What a jumble
On opening package I was surprised to see three different widths of ribbon just thrown in to a plastic back all tangled together and one width of ribbon was in three separate pieces not what I was expecting a little extra care would of been appreciated.
