I’ve honestly reached a point where I just can’t stay quiet anymore. I used to be one of this brand’s biggest supporters I’ve spent over ₹30,000 in just a few months because I genuinely liked what they stood for and trusted their quality. I ordered almost every drop thinking I was supporting a cool, growing brand.
But after this recent experience, that trust is completely gone. I returned three clothes worth ₹7,300 because they didn’t fit. All I asked for was a size exchange, or if that wasn’t possible, a refund. They refused both, saying they’ll only issue credits which are practically useless because the current collection has nothing I want, and there’s no clarity on how long the credits even last.
When I asked for early access or a coupon code (so I could at least use my credits wisely), their Instagram team said they couldn’t offer it. But when I contacted customer care, they claimed they did offer it completely opposite stories from the same brand! The delays, the back-and-forth, and the tone of their replies were so frustrating that it honestly felt like they were doing me a favor by just replying.
And now, after comparing the clothes I returned with some of their new ones, I can’t help but feel the quality has dropped drastically almost fake or factory-reject level. Threads coming loose, weird fits, inconsistent sizing it just doesn’t feel genuine anymore.
The saddest part is that I was polite and patient through every step, hoping for fairness. But the way they treat loyal customers is shocking. This isn’t how you build a community. If they keep behaving like this rigid policies, unresponsive support, and inconsistent communication they’ll start losing the very people who helped them grow.
So please, if you’re thinking of ordering from them think twice. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same headache and disappointment. The brand might look trendy on Instagram, but behind the scenes, it’s chaos, poor ethics, and 💯 fake products.
