Very nice team they explain me everything

Extremely shady estate agent that is centuries behind in its way of work which appears borderline racist. I hope all other branches of this estate agent are not as bad as this one, and it might be a case of one bad apple who sells his soul for money. I viewed a property and applied for it as I found it good enough for the price advertised. When I asked for a progress update, I was told the landlord had received many applications, and unfortunately he/she had decided not to progress with my application. I fulfil all the financial requirements as I work in a respected profession. But it is fine with me until this point if they found a better application to proceed with; however, weeks after, while searching for a property to rent, this same property still pops up and made me wonder whether I was given a genuine reply from the estate agent. Hence, I suspected being discriminated for being a foreign-born person with a foreign name. Please, do not assume playing the race card as you will quickly find out. I applied for the same property again as it seems still available with a typical English name as the prospective tenant, and bingo, I have been invited to see the property. Again!
What can any sane mind conclude from this? Imagine this is weeks after I had been told the fact that the landlord decided not to go forward with my application as he/she received better applications. One would assume if the other applicants either failed the affordability or right-to-rent checks, the estate agent will get in touch to see if I am still interested. There was never a 'let agreed' sign anywhere.
Naturally, I am a very confident and successful person and will not let others ignorance affect me. Nor am I short of getting better properties elsewhere, but I left this comment to highlight and inform how inept and disappointing their practice is in the 21st century to future applicants.
I have no interest to go to the papers or courts even if I have all the receipts at hand. May the Lord reveal their wicked ways and bring them to the light one day.

Lois, Claire and Rebekah are a great team and really helped pushed the house sale over the line when a problem arose. Their communication was great and kept us informed of each step of the sale.

Thornley Groves were successful, friendly and efficient at selling my flat. Rebekah in particular had much to sort out ahead of the sale as the tenant left the property with a mess to clear out and a tricky situation with them and their relatives.
She dealt with them, the buyer, my managing agent and myself with discretion and did all she could to move things along to a successful sale. Well done!

Yet again, I can only reap praise on the staff of Thornley Groves , Prestwich.
From the day I informed the Prestwich branch I was losing a tenant, and giving them a move in date for potential tenants, they were on it. Great photo's, great write up on the property, and shifting through the applications, veiwings, and faultless communication, with speed, and professionalism.
I now have a tenant, happily settling in, thanks to the hard work, of Karen and Amanda.
They care, and their work is simply faultless.

had a lovely viewing with karen today, she made us feel very comfortable and gave me all the information i needed about the property. just an all round lovely lady and the communication has been great.

I chose this company because i needed a more personal approach. I am autistic and struggle with calls and dealing with different people.
This company understood my needs and were very accommodating, doing home visits for discussions and paperwork, which they also helped me fill in.
I would definitely highly recommend these
