Reliable and efficient service. Got my materials as promised at a very competitive price. Got emailed when the delivery would turn up. Couldn't ask for anymore.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. The customer experience feels personal, everybody is friendly and everybody wants to help you out.
The only issue is that end of month statements are confusing.
