Fast delivery, great pricing. I was looking for the same item elsewhere and shipping forced the price up massively. Thocc exchange was ideal as it was much cheaper. Great business that supports great causes. Recommend to anyone looking to buy items for their keyboard.

Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none, Not long found their store now three orders in. They have all been seamless with a genuine personal attention to detail that is really appreaciated and rare these days.
Great selection of switches at good prices and good customer service what more do you need highly reccomeded.

Really Sweet
I got recommended this company by a friend for being super friendly that was so true. I bought what I thought was going to be a random selection of key switches but they emailed me directly asking what specific models I wanted. Then when they arrived I got some stickers and a little hand written note welcoming me. Super cool, I'll be back.

Great store and great people
Matty (the owner) is a super lovely person and genuinely cares about the customers and the community. My specific order required some extra time to prepare (de-lubed switches), but I was very happy with the shipping time and service. Even got a hand-written note thanking me for waiting.

Great selection, great prices, excellent service
The owner is extremely friendly and handles orders quickly. I ordered two things in the same day (the second purchase wasn't planned when I made the first one) and he gave me a refund of the postage cost on the second order without me having to mention it. I've ordered 5+ times by now and don't have any plans to stop shopping here
