We were recommended this company through a jeweller we used, and the process to get insurance sorted was easy, transparent and quick. And looking at other company costs as comparators, they were also competitive.

T.H March have been nothing but extremely understanding, patient and so helpful. Expectedly over the last 12+ months I received various updates/chaser emails from different staff, all were outstanding and I never felt any pressure from any of them. We have insured our jewellery with T H March for a number of years and always received an excellent service.
We recently had to claim for a lost ring whilst we were away on holiday and from contacting them to make a claim their support and prompt response was excellent. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

T H March, is one of the only insurance company who offers jewellery insurance on its own. Whilst all others are offer on content insurance only. There application is very user friendly and you are insured instantly no need to waiting long.

TH March has been a great example of how an insurance company should operate. Having not made any claims previously, we have had need to make 3 claims in the last 3 years and all 3 were settled without delay or fuss. Their response is always quick and they do what they say....can't ask for more!
