Fantastic company to deal with! Needed parts and support for a laser machine. The live chat is excellent, you're dealing with someone in the company who is very knowledgeable about the machines. We had a problem with our laser cutter but they gave us detailed instructions and the issue was resolved.

We purchased a Chinese laser, which may be cheaper but not knowing anything about lasers was a problem setting it up. Gavin was great, by the end of the day he corrected what the manufacturers assembled wrong, got it up and running and taught us how to use it. He also pointed out a few jobs we needed to do to make it safer.
