Refunded a Messed up Order
I ordered a small run of cards with custom features. I worked with someone over email to iron out issues and detail what I wanted. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough. The rounded corners were not cut very clean and the edge paint was opposite of what I asked for. They did not offer to re-run the cards but they did issue a refund.

Awesome experience!
Our wedding invitations turned out beautiful! It was awesome to be able to purchase a sample of different types of paper to make a decision on what to order. After ordering we very quickly got an email to confirm that the PDF looked good. I would absolutely use thikit again!
