I received a pair of the Thigh Society shorts that had a small hole on one of the seams. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new pair and I didn't have to send the other pair back. That was great customer service and I will continue to purchase from them in the future. I love being able to wear dresses without worrying about uncomfortable thigh rubbing/chafing!

Made for comfort
I have nothing but good things to say about the slip shorts. They are so light and very comfortable. The only problem i had was getting the correct size but they graciously sent another pair. I highly reccomend if you just want something under dresses, pants. capris, ext.. if you want to stay cool feeling.

Very responsive company to communicate…
Very responsive company to communicate with. Excellent product. I purchased the cotton brief. I am curvy hips with a small waist. I really like how the cotton waistband hugs your waist comfortably to support a feeling of confidence and comfort. I have yet to wear them but I am assured with the cotton liner.

What a great product!
I love them I bought 2 cooling and one original I wore the cooling pair the day after I got them so great! I want to wear dresses and skirts all the time now.

Shorts arrived with a hole in it

Shorts arrived with a hole in it. Have been trying to get in touch with the company for over a week and they have not replied. No phone number listed to call. So far not impressed. For the amount they charge this is very disappointing.

Problems with returns/refunds
The item I received had no liner on it for hygiene so I respectfully tried it on over mine. The garment was uncomfortable and I did not like the quality. They said I could not return due to hygiene. When asked if I could get a refund for an item I did not like, they do not do refunds either. Never received a paper copy of my transaction with the item when I received it. I did not want a replacement item, only a refund. Most intimate women items are returnable and/or refundable. I am out $50 and with an item I won't wear. Bad customer policy for return and refund.

Our return policy and Fit Guarantee are outlined on our website prior to purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once slip shorts have been tried on. However, if the fit was not right, our Fit Guarantee allows for a reshipment in a different size or style.

I’ve worn the cooling shorties for a little over a year and LOVE THEM so I ordered 2 more pair. But my new shorts were rolling up my thigh which had never once happened before. I emailed and figured I would just get a “sorry-no refunds” type response but I sure did not! Amy responded very quickly, gave me some hacks to try, and said if those didn’t work we could look into replacing. After a few back and forth emails that were immediately responded to, I have a new pair coming! Excellent customer service!

Misleading Return Policy
Thigh Society only sells slip shorts. They have a return policy which states that they don't except returns on undergarments with the only caveat being that they will exchange one pair for size. They intentionally mislead buyers since they call their products slip shorts, not undergarments, yet the won't except returns on the slip shorts. So why not say no returns on slip shorts.

We apologize for any confusion, but our slip shorts are considered undergarments. For hygiene reasons, our Fit Guarantee clearly states that we do not accept returns. This information is outlined on our site before purchase so customers can make an informed decision.
That said, our policy goes beyond a standard no return approach. If the fit is not quite right, we offer a complimentary reshipment so you can try a different size or style at no additional cost. In your case, we offered exactly that based on the preference you shared.

WARNING buyer beware
I ordered 2 pairs of slip shorts. The first package got lost at the post office and I contacted customer service asking them to initiate a mail search request with the post office but they didn’t do it. They told me they were sorry and going to expedite a free replacement but it wasn’t free as I already paid for it. The second package did not arrive either. The tracking said it was handed to someone at my address which is a blatant lie as I was home all day waiting for the package. They said they won’t refund my money because you can’t return undergarments but I’m not returning anything because I still don’t have my order after over 20 days. There is no phone number and the email is sus. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had to file a dispute through my financial institution to get my money back.
I just wanted the underwear but I’m so deflated by this experience. They aren’t even trying to appease me in any way. Total bum out. They did not issue a refund. My bank issued the refund. They said they couldn’t refund my money so in order to appease me they were going to send another two pair for free. Nor will they help me do a search with my local post office to locate the package. They did communicate with me but the support I received was lousy and again BEWARE. SAVE YOUSELF THE HASSLE and shop somewhere else.

After you reported the first package as missing, our team fulfilled and shipped a replacement order to the same address provided. Both shipments were accepted into the USPS delivery network with valid tracking numbers. Unfortunately, once packages are handed off to USPS, the delivery process is outside of our direct control.
Even so, we have still worked to resolve the situation and have issued a full refund for your order. We have also responded to you privately to provide additional details and assistance if needed.
We want to reassure you and anyone reading that we are a legitimate business and we do our best to resolve situations like this when carrier delivery issues occur. Please feel free to respond to our direct message if there is anything further we can do to assist you.
I can't fault the Cargo for comfort but...
I purchased the Cargo style mainly for travelling and I can't fault the product for comfort, being lightweight and perfect for exercising or under clothing. However, the "wiff wiff" sound of my legs rubbing was not expected and somewhat unwanted. Maybe others won't hear it, but I do and I can't unhear it either.

All over amazing
I had an issue with my order and the customer service agent solved the issue! I’ve been buying these for 5 years and they are so great. I wear them for all kinds of situations or times. I wear the longer ones as shorts at home, especially the cooling one in the summer! I wear them with a long t shirt. I wear them to bed and lounging. So amazing wearing them under skirts or dresses. The fit is perfect, even if I get a size above or below my actual size they still fit, they aren’t tight around the waist or dig into your stomach. They are one of my best purchases.

I had an issue when I ordered where I used Shop and didn’t realize my Shop account had the wrong delivery address on file… it was so close just the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly, kindly, AND sent me a new package!! Not only that but the product itself is fantastic.

Best shorts for under dresses
I purchased some shorts from here several years ago and they were great, but maybe a little thick for summer. I just purchased the cooling shorts and they are great. They fit well and stay in place- I hardly know I am wearing them. Would definitely buy again

The most amazing shorts…
These might be the most amazing shorts I’ve ever worn.
As a plus size (3XL/4XL) girlie, I’m always nervous about “big sizes” but these are fantastic! Great fit, brilliant colours, and amazing quality. They work under dresses or even just as sports shorts - comfortable enough for at the gym AND all-day wear without being see through or riding up. Definitely going back to order more.
Customer service is outstanding. One of my pairs had a loose thread on the gusset and I was concerned about separation. Within hours of emailing them, they had replied to my concerns and issued a new pair!!
