I have been using this for nearly a year and it just does what it says on the tin
best bit is you send invites out for dining and they just use the drop down box to say coming or not and enter thier guests in the notes, if they dont reply you can send remindres and it produces apolgies list dining list
worth the money (not much) in time saved and I no longer ring to see whos coming.

Easy to set up and use, I've had great responsive support on few occasions I've needed it. Been a real time saver for me as a Secretary, email facility great. Will be using as Secretary in ano Lodge in September too. Highly recommended.

We tried to find similar products since ages. Once setup, the workload is much reduced. running orders, summons, minutes are easy to manage as well as document storage

If you are a Secretary or Scribe, then this will make your work so much easier. Particularly in the planning of meetings and attendees, as well as recording historic attendance and work completed. Along with age profiling of members etc, the reporting tools will also assist you. Once you have put your members into the database, you can then also delegate access to your Treasurer so that they can check dining or subs, and DC so that they can record work completed and plan for meetings. Its also has options for creating dining plans, and features being added or developed to further assist. What are you waiting for?!

As a lodge secretary, the ability to do away with lots of xcel spreadsheets is fantastic. Emailing summons, tracking responses, storing documents. It's all easy with the Working Tools. Well recommended.
