They were quick on sending me my money. Sent me a pre paid postage. I like the different options on how you want to get paid. After searching a lot of places, this was the one that came out with the most payout.

The only thing negative I have to say is they said there were scratches on the screen and took off $80. I know i had a screen protector on there and that phone did not have scratches on it. I take great care of my phones.

Everything was easy and worked well. Got the check in the mail about when they said I would for the amount that they originally estimated. Process worked fine, satisfied with the outcome.

Low ball offer, I wouldn't use them again. My phone worked fine and had a minor crack on the back. Front screen had no cracks and they reduced their offer by $100.

The company sent me emails letting me know once the order request had been submitted and also the steps to mail the phone. Once they got my phone, they also notified me via email letting me know they got it, and then the final steps to receive the check payment in the mail. This was the option I selected, and I received the check in a few days. Overall, very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
