All my bottles have been absolutely amazing. Except the Loch Lomond. Had a very heavy poisony taste too it. Have read up and have realised it’s part of a bad distillation.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Lark Rare Seppeltsfield Tawny Cask, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rich, complex flavors, with deep notes of tawny, oak, and subtle spice, made for a beautifully balanced and indulgent dram. The craftsmanship is evident in every sip, showcasing Lark’s dedication to quality and refinement.
From the smooth texture to the lingering, warm finish, this whisky exceeded my expectations. If you're a fan of well-aged, cask-strength expressions with character and depth, this is a must-try. Highly recommend!

Sometimes if a whisky's a little hard to drink at first, it might just need some time to breathe and settle after its journey with AusPost. We'd also invite you to add a drop or two of water to really open up the flavours from the tawny cask.

Excellent whiskies from around the world that are designed to impress those that really appreciate whisky. It's the perfect platform for a master distiller to present the very best of what they can offer to an established market in large enough volumes to keep the price down. It's a Win Win for everyone.

We're a subscription-based whisky Club in Australia. Although we do run lots of amazing whisky competitions each month, our Members win bottles of whisky and whisky holidays, rather than cash prizes so it sounds as if your prize was from a different, UK-based company.
Having said that - hope you're enjoying your prize very much 😅

Take no responsibility for wrongful orders. Forced to add cards for "free" account and sign up
After months of no issues and being forced to put a card number in they charge $160 to my card at 2 am and are refusing to cancel the order because i didn't go to their page to "opt-out" I didnt want to buy a bottle a whisky each month just wanted to see what was available and. then buy one.
Each month they usually say there was no successful payment but this month they somehow were able to charge my credit card. The lack of care on their behalf is disgusting and unprofessional.
After making a complaint my account/membership is all of a sudden inactive.

Thanks for leaving a review of the Club with Trustpilot - we apologise for the late response, as this wasn't a review website we had been monitoring until now.
As an ex-Member of the Club, you had a subscription to our Whisky of the Month which is why we will have attempted to secure a bottle for you automatically each month that you were a Member (we're a subscription-based Club).
Our Member Experience team are happy to cancel & refund an order for Club Members if they change their mind or forget to opt out of the monthly drop, however once the parcel is dispatched it is then up to the Member to return the goods to our warehouse for a refund - which of course, we're happy process.
It sounds like one of our team cancelled your subscription for you to ensure you weren't charged each month ongoing. If you'd like to have your Membership & subscription renewed, we'd be thrilled to have you back. Please reach out to our Member Experience team at drams@thewhiskyclub.com.au and we can get you sorted.
