Funny that my previous 1 star review has disappeared. The worst alloy wheel refurbishment “specialists” in Aberdeen. Van side damaged when two wheels were being refurbished. Their shacky environment is not safe to store vehicles in. They took no responsibility for the damage. £150 repair at John Clark to remedy the Wheel Specialists Aberdeen incompetence. I’m not going away. You can delete my reviews all you like. I will just post again.

Very professional from the initial quotation to the completed works. Kept informed throughout the whole process and any issues were handled with no fuss. Rachel in the Cwmbran office was an excellent point of contact.
Importantly the finished product was super and gives the car a great look.

Yet again the service I recently received from the guys at The Wheel Specialist in Llansamlet, Swansea was second to none! On arrival, Adrian greeted me with the utmost politeness, friendliness and professionalism and said he’d make every effort to complete the repair to my slightly curbed alloy as soon as possible. We agreed on a very reasonable price and the job was completed to the excellent standard I’ve come to expect from them. When I returned to collect my car, Mark was equally friendly and professional in his approach. I cannot recommend Adrian, Mark and the team highly enough and wish the business continued success!

Great service from start to finish at the Cardiff shop. Wheels were corroded and kerbed but couldn’t be diamond cut as they were at their limited. Had them dipped and sprayed to original colour and they look absolutely amazing - just like new.

The fellas at the wheel specialist did a great job from start to finish . organizing the appointment , receiving the car doing the work and returning the vehicle. Great value as well the works completed make the wheels look brand new

My alloy wheels were in a terrible pitted condition and needed a full refurbishment. They did a brilliant job from my initial contact to the collection of the finished job. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of this company.

Mark thank you for looking after and repairing my daughter’s alloy on her A Class Mercedes again at short notice. As always job well done and customer care is 2nd to none. Very highly recommended the team here know what they doing and Mark is fantastic will go the extra mile no matter what.

Had repair on an alloy carried out which failed an MOT the very next day. Went back for an explanation and was given a well tried a testing list of excuses and had to pay again for the repair. The MOT garage told me the repair wasn’t great but still passed. Personally, don’t waste your money here look elsewhere. Shoddy work.

I used the Segensworth Fareham branch of the Wheel Specialist I found them to be extremely well organised and professional.

I choose to have the wheel refurbishment done over a weekend dropping the car off Friday afternoon and collecting it Monday evening. The wheels were in desperate need of repair - they now look absolutely fantastic.

I am exceptionally happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the service and I will definitely use the company again

Replaced my wheel. My tyre now longer goes flat quick. They’re polite, quick. 100%. Will be returning for my other wheel soon

**Avoid Leicester Branch** - Please avoid the Leicester branch and TWS in general. DO NOT USE THEM. I dropped off my car to have the 4 wheels refurbished. Upon collecting the car on the Friday evening, i noticed that the drivers side door sill had been damaged by them incorrectly and carelessly jacking up the car. After contacting the branch direct and taking the car back to be inspected, David the director there firstly dismissed any involvement etc, then reluctantly said i need to get quotes for the repair. I sent off a quote but had no response from David. he completely ignored me for 3 weeks I then escalated to the head office customer services, who subsequently strung me along for over 5 months to finally dismiss the damage despite supplying a quote for repair AND all the images of damage, full timelines and all info etc. They claim on their website they have full insurance to cover any damage to your car, but in reality they damage your car, string you along, get you to try and get multiple quotes for a repair then just dismiss any liability. DO NOT USE these people. They damage your car as they are understaffed and are careless and then take no responsibility to repair it when you flag the damage. The customer charter on their website is a JOKE. Please avoid them if you want to get your car back without damage to it!! Please use a different company to refurbish, i took my car there to come back better than it arrived, but the bad damage to the sill of my car form them jacking it up was terrible.
