Thewheelshop Recensioni

the other reviewers are 100% correct in their reviews, awesome experience with this company, spot on delivery, the best value of my space saver tyre, cannot believe the great price of tyre, I was showing my local mechanic the tyre and before I told him the price he said around £ 250 to 300. cannot go wrong buying from the wheel shop, they made my day, thank you….

Ordered and delivered space saver within 3 days. Like new. Good make.
Cant fault them!

Excellent service, very easy to order, very good communication by email about the tyre I wanted. Space saver tyre arrived today within two days of being ordered. Tyre looks brand new. Thank you

Bowled over by how good this company is. Ordered spare wheel for Nissan Juke. Description was absolutely correct. From a used car but wheel was new. And it was. Totally unused. Arrived in three days as well. Thank you WheelShop.

DHL - SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED TODAY. SAID THEY COULD NOT ACCESS THE PROPERTY.

I WAS IN. THEY ARE NOT SEEN ON THE VIDEO DOOR BELL. BUT I HAVE A CARD SAYING DELIVERED TO NEXT DOOR.

THEY DID DELIVER TO NEXT DOOR BUT COLLECTED THE PARCEL SAYING THEY HAD DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDESS

WTF- NOT GOOD

NO PARCEL NEEDED FOR MONDAY DEPARTURE

Called them to enquire about a new rim and tyre, took all details and in minutes they said they would despatch, phoned back and ordered another tyre no issues at all excellent service. Despatched by DHL arrived the next day. Would highly recommend this company and their customer service,

Top Class product from a Top Class seller, highly recommended. Very easy to install in the car boot and also looks tidy. Complete with jack, wheel brace etc.

Ordered a space saver wheel for a ford focus. Described as 'second hand but not used' it arrived in excellent condition (looked brand new). Was also packaged really well

Ordered two space savers for our cars and they were delivered within 48 hours. I then realised that I'd made a mistake by ordering two without the kit (wheel jack and wheel brace). I called to explain this and the customer advisor sorted this very quickly! I received the two sets of kits the next day! Highly recommended company. Thank you The Wheel Shop!

Ordered a couple of space saver wheels and retaining bolts for Yaris cars. The web site is excellent, but I really needed 100% confirmation of the correct ones. So contacted them and very quickly got an itemised list of my needs via emails. I found I could click on the items and it took me straight to the correct page on the web site, added all items to basket and all sorted really quickly. So many thanks to the excellent assistance from David in ensuring I got the right items and they were safely delivered. I can highly recommend this company if you need anything tyre related. Plus when you get quick responses as I did, you know that someone real is there actually listening to you, and in this AI era its worth a lot.

Wanted a space saver spare form my VW Arteon before heading from Glasgow to Devon. Spoke to one of the team to clarify a couple of technical questions, and then placed my order online. Arrived within 3 days and now nestled in the boot aperture hopefully never to see the light of day 😃

Great service and delivery and looks to be a high quality product for about a third of the price of the VW dealership option. Very pleased and happy to recommend.

I ordered a space saver wheel, was told delivery was
4-5 days. I emailed twice and phoned 3 times no response from them at all. I left messages, but again no one got back to me.After 10 days I heard from DHL that they had received my spare wheel. Appalling service.

Spare wheel, excellent quality jack and wheel brace, delivered in super fast time with no issues, excellent website makes it easy to navigate and find what you require, highly Recommend this seller 👍

Bedankt.!

Having suffered a puncture on my Fabia and not wishing to use the spare wheel/space saver substitute of foam and compressor, I ordered a spare wheel from the Wheel Shop on Tuesday evening and received it on Thursday. Good bonus to have a jack and tools provided as part of the purchase, as Skoda believe that I didn’t need one. Very good service and reasonable price. Gives peace of mind when travelling.

I was looking for a spare wheel for my Octavia as only had electric pump and expanding foam supplied. Dropped them a message and got swift response. Ordered and had the product delivered next day even though I had opted for economy. Super service and super quick turnaround.
