I’ve now booked three stays at Kamalaya through Samantha and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Samantha is incredibly knowledgeable about wellness travel and makes the whole process so easy. She understands Kamalaya extremely well, is always responsive and helpful, and takes a genuine interest in making sure the experience is right for you rather than simply making a booking.

My latest stay was every bit as wonderful as I remembered — if anything, I enjoyed it even more — and Samantha made everything leading up to the trip completely seamless.

Having now returned to Kamalaya three times, it remains my favourite wellness retreat, and I’ll absolutely be booking through Samantha again when I’m ready for visit number four!

I stumbled across Samantha while searching for a retreat in Bali. With so many options available, it all felt incredibly overwhelming, and I was honestly close to giving up.
Somehow I came across Samantha, and all I can say is she deserves 100 stars! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond. I was so anxious about travelling alone and had endless questions, but not once did she make me feel like I was being annoying. She was patient, kind, and supportive every step of the way.
After returning from my retreat, I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation I had and ticked more boxes than I ever imagined. Going through Samantha took every bit of stress away. She organised absolutely everything, so all I had to do was pack my bags and make it to the airport on time.
Travelling overseas on my own was a huge leap of faith for me, but Samantha made the whole process feel effortless. All I had to do was give her my travel dates, my budget, and a list of what I was looking for in a retreat, and she found the perfect one.
The best part? There were no out-of-pocket costs for using her service. I honestly couldn't recommend Samantha highly enough and will 110% be using her again for future trips. Thank you for making such a life-changing experience so easy and stress-free!

Well, wasn’t that just delightful!!! It was everything I could have hoped for and more…. My husband and I were talking about you last night and I don’t think either of us would have booked the breaks without you – I would have been a bit uncertain, had lots of questions that I needed answered and did need a little nudge to do something for myself! You are completely the right mix of professional and knowledgeable. The package you selected was perfect for me. It was great having the daily treatments – and did a few different ones. I would have ummed and ahhed about it if they weren’t included so was great just to have the decision made… Same to include dinner – super easy to just order what I wanted and not even think about the cost. It really is a very special place you selected for me and I came home relaxed and rejuvenated. Our family think you are amazing at your job and will definitely be in touch when I am booking my next wellness retreat!

We have booked a number of trips, including wellness oriented trips with Samantha. Her depth of knowledge, first hand experience and ability to cater bespoke travel to suit us is what brings us back to her year after year. Everything was meticulously planned and organised, follow up emails, reminders - everything you need for a seamless holiday. Which means more time to enjoy what has been planned!

Nicolle was so helpful with organising my fitness retreat to Bali. It is my first experience undertaking a trip away on my own to focus on my personal health and well-being. Nicolle was able to organise additional days at the resort beyond what is the standard time and was also able to put my mind at ease regarding some of my insecurities in undertaking this adventure by happily providing advice and examples that has made me feel good about being slightly self indulgent. I picked a wellness retreat program to celebrate a milestone birthday and Samantha was just amazing in going over all the options with me, staying in close contact to answer all my questions and was so patient while I took time to make up my mind.
