My dad has had excellent experiences with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The owner of the business is highly knowledgeable and compassionate, and the staff are well-trained and professional. The service is truly top-notch. I’ve confidently recommended them to others because I trust the quality of care they provide. This treatment is making a real difference.

The Wellness Lab is wonderful. From the outset I have experienced care and support from the team there. They are medically trained and very generous with their deep knowledge and understanding of the physical challenges of undergoing chemotherapy.
Without doubt HBOT helped with the side effects of chemo. Generally, I bounced back quickly every time, it cleared my foggy brain, the neuropathy went away, my skin was good and my energy levels good. After 6 rounds of chemo and a major operation, the nurses in the HDU were surprised I was so bright after the anaesthetic and told me I was surpassing all expectations in my immediate recovery.
I can’t recommend the treatment and The Wellness Lab highly enough!

Friendly, courteous, and professional customer service

The staff are very patient and understanding, I sense they enjoy their job and it shows with the ambience of the place. I have been nutritiously late to my appointments yet, each time they were extremely accommodating.

When it came to the treatment I attended 10 sessions of HBOT to combat a neuro recovery which I'm starting to see now as being positively affective, next step for me is Infrared Light Therapy as they offer this service also.

i just called up and spoke to a woman called Janie, I wanted to book my disabled mum in for the Photobiomodulation, but she came across as very unhelpful not very understanding and kept telling me we are not a hospital, my mum is elderly and disabled so need extra time and may need some little help in getting in and out, very fast talking and seemed as doe she wanted me off the phone and did not care and told me that maybe this is not the place, remember whos paying for this and i think i know im not calling a hospital, I'm not stupid, but i might be to common in the tongue for this kind of place. did not feel welcomed one bit, felt maybe this is for the stuck-up posh people, not for the common man or women, thanks for not trying to do more, extremely unhelpful, I also mentioned to her that it seems as doe you do not accommodate for disabled and elderly, she told me they have a ramp but that's about it, I should put a complaint in about how unhelpful she was, telling me I need to find what I want online, i had to ask her to help me find it but the attitude was bad, I even called back but still not very helpful, its shocking how many people like this we have in the UK.
